lived in apartment, complicated exchange
Pros:

location was convenient

Cons:

this apartment is lived in. I had to wait till 5:30 for the tenant to clean the apartment and it felt intrusive.
the Showere drain was plugged and filled.
towels were old..

I provided booking with all the card information, but for some reason payment is upon arrival.
The key exchange was to complicated and the tenant could not take payment on my card and was a hassle to communicate timely for departure.

felt more like a poor AirB&B experience.

Excelent place for a short stay for 1 or 2 people
Pros:

Jonhy is an excellent Host. Very kind and very caring. He picked me up from the airport and also drove me back. He was flexible with my schedule and he was very responsive when I contacted him.
