Convenient, comfortable, and would stay again!
Pros:

I am SO happy we stayed at this hotel. The location is PERFECT, it is right outside the station exit and was very easy to find. Being so close to the station was essential for me because I don't want to roll my luggage or carry tons of shopping bags for blocks. By being close to the station, my partner and I would break up our days to going out in the morning, come back to the hotel to rest for an hour or two, then go back out which made traveling much more sustainable. Not only is this hotel close to a station, but it's close to a CONVENIENT station meaning we didn't have to transfer that much. It's convenient line from the airport with only one transfer and it has a JR station which we needed since we were taking the Shinkansen.

The customer service was GREAT. The staff was helpful and check in was easy. There were no surprise charges and let us leave our luggage for 3 days there while we went out of Tokyo (since we were coming back to this hotel after that). When we checked out in the morning, they held our bag all day until we left for our flight late at night.

The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. We had one big luggage and a small luggage but Japanese hotel rooms are smaller compared to western rooms, so this would not be a good fit if you have 3 big luggage. I am small but my partner is over 6ft and we were comfortable (he would have to duck his head going out the door lol). The cleaning staff was very diligent and detailed and I appreciated their care.

There is onsite washer and dryer and it was very easy to use, we never had to wait for it to be available.

Cons:

Nothing, I really like this hotel!

Top Value close to important amenities.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Washing machine was available and easy to use.
We stayed here early in our holiday and returned for our last days before returning home.
Were able to get early check in on our second stay.
Hotel is very close to Ueno Station and Keisei Station both easy walking distance.
Hey its not the ritz but if you want excellent value close to public transport and very helpful friendly staff you cannot go wrong at this hotel.

Typical Tokyo hotel with a convenient location minutes from Ueno Station.
Pros:

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the Ueno station. Centrally located. Room was small, but typical of Japanese hotels. There is an overpass that takes you almost directly to the hotel - just go one floor above after you take an east exit.

Cons:

The bed runner had a stain on it.

Perfect Location and Service
Pros:

The location is super great. Just a few minutes walk to Ueno station and Ameyoko market. Easy to get in with the big luggage. Start from the escalator from the overpass and a few steps to the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. We can also store our luggage before check-in day. When we arrive, our luggage already in the room. I might come back to stay here again.

Cons:

Must be good if the hotel has a drinking vending machine and ice container in the building, but also can walk to Lawson at the cornor.
