Un excellent hotel calme pour découvrir Tokyo
Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment parfait à 2 pas de la Ueno station mais dans les inconvénients sonores d’une gare.
Le ménage de la chambre fait tous les jours

Heerlijk bed, fijne douche, genoeg ruimte en heel vriendelijk en vehikpzaam personeel. Hadden lekker koffie voor op de kamers en mochten een paraplu lenen toen het stormde.

Cons:

Het was fijn dat er 3 lichten waren in de kamer, maar ze waren allemaal vrij fel. Voor de sfeer/lezen hadden we een klein lampje gewaardeerd. Kleine tip voor een fantastisch verblijf!

Pleasant affordable stay in good location
Pros:

Location close to train station, in-room coffee amenities, clean bedroom and bathroom, comfortable bed

Cons:

Very little space to navigate around the room. One of 2 people had to move out of the way so the other could get to desk area, into the bed, into the bathroom. Little space for suitcases.

A stinky situation next to a great location!
Pros:

The location is fantastic and within a five minute walking distance of Ueno station. There are food and shops nearby.

Cons:

My room on the sixth floor had a noticeable sewage smell in the room and especially the bathroom. Upon reading past reviews, hotel staff are aware about this complaint. When I entered my room, I noticed an air freshener on my wall (to help cover the odor) - it didn’t work. I had to sleep with a mask on to help with the smell… Overall, it lead to a very uncomfortable stay. I recommend you skip this hotel if you’re sensitive to smells. Location is great and within walking distance to Ueno station.

Posizione comodissima rispetto alla Stazione di Ueno (treni e metro), da cui è facilissimo raggiungere ogni quartiere della città. Pulizia impeccabile e giornaliera. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Pros:

The staff were really nice. The washing machine and dryer are clean. They cleaned the room and changed the towels everyday

Cons:

No AC on thre first 2 days. However, it was because it easn't our original room and they accommodated us since our first booking was cancelled. They are fixing the AC at that time but we paid the usual rate.
