Pros:

Friendly and accommodating staff, they helped direct me to the laundry area, opened my door when I locked myself out, and even handled luggage delivery for me. One of the cheapest single bed hotel rooms I could find in Ueno, right next to the train station, on top of room service everyday makes it hard to beat.

Cons:

Laundromat area is outside and there is only a single washer/dryer. AC was also a bit on the weak side but it did change the room temperature after letting it run for a while.

已經入住第三次，離上野車站非常近，步行30秒就有711、羅森還有超市，超方便！
空調、水壓都非常適中！服務人員也都非常好，下次來東京絕對會再入住～

Está muy bien ubicado, pero en una calle tranquila; es limpio y el recepcionista es muy amable.

Además, tiene un konbini al lado y en la recepción hay un microondas y un dispensador de agua gratuito, lo cual se agradece tras un día de caminata por la ciudad.

出門口右轉就有超商跟小超市，很放便，離阿美町也近

其實房間真的很小，我是跟家人住上下舖，雖然不太好爬上去，但個人睡個人的不會打擾到對方
