HOTEL ALGO

One of the best ever accommodation experience in my life!!
Service was incredibly thoughtful even before and after the date of visit, room cleanness is out of this world, room and hotel including 2nd floor coffee Sabor were all craftly designed with lot of toy or table game references, poker card room key was genius and lovely, the "toy designer table" in each room is full of details around toys, each room got some nice toy in place already, 4th floor night visit experience is also one of the kind as you can totally immerse to it w/o worrying about closure time.
Parking service is bit far as the contracted parking lot locates next to the arima onsen cable car station, but they do provide shuttle service to make things lot easier.

スタッフのみなさん全員の気遣いが素晴らしかったです。駐車場がホテルより遠くにありますが行きも帰りもホテルまで送迎してもらえます。部屋は3階で、おもちゃ博物館の中にあり4-6階へエレベーターで直通で行けて子供たちは普通に楽しんでいました。初日に短い髪のお兄さんがチェックイン対応してくださったのですが、荷物預かりから周辺散策、金の湯やお部屋の説明など、自然な笑顔で先回りして人の気持ちを考えたり心のこもったおもてなしをここまでできる素敵なスタッフさんは他にいないと思いました。お兄さんのおかげで、次回有馬温泉に観光に行く際は、このホテルを絶対訪れたいと思いました。妻も娘二人も家族全員が大満足で、本当にありがとうございました。暑い日が続きますがご自愛ください。

L'hôtel est bien adapté aux enfants, et aussi pour les personnes âgées.

周辺の情報を教えてくれたり、出かける際は毎回笑顔で送ってくれる。
ウェルカムドリンクを飲んでいる際には、ボードゲームを貸してくれて説明も丁寧にしてくれた。

Our stay at this hotel far exceeded all my expectations. The staff delivered incredibly thoughtful service from the moment we checked in. They proactively asked about our departure time, offered detailed transport guidance and handed us official timetables for buses and trains around Kobe. They also gave fantastic local recommendations for dinner spots that matched our tastes perfectly.

The hotel boasts top-tier facilities, and it is attached to a toy museum, which was a lovely surprise. The space inside is spacious, and every corner was spotlessly clean. Its location is unbeatable, right in the city center, with public onsens (gold and silver hot springs) just across the road.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. Without a doubt, I will choose to stay here again on my next trip

This hotel totally surpassed my expectations! The staff were extremely considerate—they asked about our check-out schedule at arrival, provided transport timetables and great dinner suggestions. The facilities are premium, connected to a toy museum with large, immaculate rooms. Centrally located across from two public hot springs. I strongly recommend it and will book it again for my next visit.

This hotel is full of playful, child-like charm and even features its own toy museum. The staff provides warm and attentive service, and the rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Although the hotel building itself doesn't have a hot spring, it's right across the street from the famous Kinno-yu (they provide complimentary hot spring tickets). I highly recommend staying here if you visit Arima Onsen—the kids will absolutely love it!

A lovely place to stay - with or without children. The staff was very helpful and kind. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and clean. The toy museum located in the same building was a fun and interesting experience! There is no in-house onsen, but we didn't mind going on a short scenic walk to visit the public onsen.
