廁所的分離式沒有到特別的好，洗完以後的水氣比較難散去，地板也比較難乾

The place was clean enough.
What was included in our accommodation was the buffet breakfast though on the second day when we arrived at the dining area there were no more food so I requested for a refill unfortunately they were giving us plated meals. Then there were nomore cups and utensils we had to request several times. Another worst experience was the towel in our room which really looks like a rag... The amenities inside the 3 rooms we got were incomplete... It came to a point that we needed to talk to the owner who initially doesn't want to talk to us but she had no choice since we were demanding for a full refund.

Location, cleanliness and the staff were very friendly but could have been more helpful.
Price did not reflect the property, staff could have been more helpful, there is no restaurant even they claim to have one and the pool was unusable as it was roped off.
The staff are very welcoming, courteous and attentive. We were nicely surprised that the room and bathroom are bigger than we expected. The beds were comfortable and the aircon works fine. We also enjoyed swiming in their pool, the water temperature has a gentle warmth and it's not heavily chlorinated. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Adela.
I would like more variety with the breakfast menu. We only stayed 2 days and the menu was the same. If one stays longer then you might probably tire of eating the same things.
I would also propose to add rugs/mats to the rooms please.
The standard room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. On our last night - A strong stench was coming out of our shower drain and spread throughout the room in the middle of the night. We called the front desk and they moved us to a different room. It was a little inconvenient to pack up and move at 2am but the staff was very kind and helpful. She was also the same staff who welcomed us when we checked in!

The wi-fi was not working most of the time stayed there.
I fed the dog in front of the hotel and got a funny look from the Korean Grandma who was working in the kitchen. sorry not sorry lol
Bad experience with staff. Upon check in staff told us that they will charge x amount of money if we steal any items from room.
Horrible breakfast, same menu every day. No options for vegetarian people.
The staff were really nice and helpful. Especially the security man who is standing at the door. He doesn’t speak that much english but he is a person with a warm heart. Always friendly always smiling!!!
The transfer service fees are a bit high, and we also had to pay more for the motorcycle which we rented than the reception said.
