Hotel non proprio soddisfacente... Bagno con attrezzature antiche doccia non confortevole materasso non comodo... Ruberia legalizzata tassa soggiorno... Purtroppo deluso parcheggio non comodo x automobile da non consigliare

Pros:

Not friendly towards international guests, the beds were very uncomfortable and the area is very noisy until very late at night, sometimes until 2am. The wardrobe was falling apart and the hooks for the towels in the bathroom fell since they weren't fixed properly on the door. The AC in the hallway was leaking for the 2 weeks I stayed there, right in front of my door. Also, there is a 10€ fee per day to use it in the room. The staff was not very friendly towards non-Italians. I also heard the owner hang up the phone after stating "we're in Italy, speak Italian". Very poor service.

Pros:

The staff was doing a favour to attend us, They wanted to charge again for what we have paid online and an additiona 15 euros for the air conditioning. I missed the sunset as I was LOCKED in the hotel, the receptionist was SLEEPING and it took him 10 minutes to get up and open the door. The same issue when I was going back from the beach, it took me 15 minutes to get in. About the parking... the "donna" (I guess the director) took 2 spaces for her moto so the huespedes could not park.. No shampoo, dirty towels, definitely a NONONO!
