Pros:

Albergo moderno,in una posizione ottimale ,vicino trovi ogni genere di ristoranti a qualche minuto di macchina, ed è comodo per la visita dell' abbazia di Montecassino. Camere spaziose ,moderne e ben organizzate, come il bagno.Parcheggio privato e custodito( alla sera tardi viene chiuso il cancello.
La colazione alla carta.Personale professionale ,gentile e disponibile.

Pros:

Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente molto positivo. La struttura è estremamente pulita, un aspetto che ho davvero apprezzato e che contribuisce a rendere l’ambiente confortevole. Anche la gestione è risultata ordinata e professionale.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ho trovato disponibilità per celiaci, anche se limitata a merendine confezionate. Un’attenzione utile, ma che potrebbe essere migliorata con qualche proposta fresca.
Nota meno positiva: la colazione non è servita a buffet, e questo riduce un po’ la varietà e la libertà di scelta.

Nel complesso un buon soggiorno, con ottimi livelli di pulizia e margini di miglioramento sul servizio colazione.

One of the staff from the help desk was very unfriendly at the phone and personally.
He didn't want to understand any of the issues we were trying to explain. His reply always was "I don't understand".... being used as... "I don't care about your issue"

La gentilezza della reception: ho scritto che saremmo arrivate poco dopo le 22 per colpa del traffico e mi hanno chiamato loro per tranquillizzarmi.

Parcheggio comodissimo.
