Très bien, conforme aux attentes.
Pros:

Établissement de charme, très agréable et silencieux.
Personnel à l’écoute, notamment Abdulaziz qui s’est bien occupé de nous. Petit déjeuner varié.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel 2 times with an amazing service. Mr Abdulaziz helped us a lot and kindly manager our transfer from to the airport and our early check-in. Mirzo is very charming and cozy with its gardening and traditional architecture. Very recommended.

Pros:

Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och professionell och de ordnade med alla frågor man kan ha som gäst. Speciellt Abdulaziz, Saruar och Sabir hjälpte mig få ut det mesta av min vistelse här.
De hjälpte mig med upphämtning från flygplatsen fast jag inte skulle till dem direkt. Jag kunde boka en extra natt utan problem och de var snabba på att svara. Sedan bjöd dom mig på skjuts till tågstationen vilket jag uppskattar otroligt och vill tacka för så mycket.

Det var även väldigt bra att utcheckning var mellan 12-12:30 vilket gav mig som resenär tid att samla ihop det sista utan stress innan man går vidare.

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamers zijn groot en netjes. Deze boutique heeft een prachtige binnentuin. De locatie is perfect, dichtbij Chorsu Bazaar waar ook een metrostation is. Kortom de perfecte plaats om Tashkent te ontdekken.

It is nice place to stay comfy bed and near convenient shop. The staff is very kind and helpful. He gave a late check - out for my night time flight.

Bom mas poderia ser melhor.

A decoração é muito bonita e detalhada.

Cons:

Não existe cuidado nos detalhes. O colchão era muito firme. O chuveiro estava vazando e ralo do chuveiro meio entupido.
O café da manhã era bem básico e não havia reposição. Durante os dias que tomei café da manhã, itens acabavam e não eram repostos.
