It was extremely good.
Pros:

The overall hospitality is good! Specially during the breakfast, the team of Manish, Harish, Tanuj, Rahul and Mohit service is very good.

Cons:

The welcoming service could have been better. Like, once the customer enter into the lobby, someone should receive them and help them to make smooth check-in.

The Breakfast was Good.

At the Dinner, the Chef and the attending team did an excellent job.

Cons:

The Welcome could have been more specific in person - a small garland, traditional Tika would have helped....or some kaathhiya pagadi crowning (associated with local culture) at the welcome...

Pros:

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. I travel with my elderly parents every year and the staff always look after them so well. Breakfast and dinner in Zing restaurant is plentiful with a good choice and variety of different cuisines available - all the staff in Zing are great - but I must make a special mention of Rahul Mishra - he really took great care of us all especially my parents..Thankyou Rahul! The housekeeping team deserve a mention too - always service with a smile and so helpful - thankyou Deepak & team for keeping our rooms spotless!..Also a big thankyou to Alkesh Masterji who saved the day by doing some garment alterations that I needed done urgently!

Pros:

Excellent staff, great food. Can't complain about anything, the stay was clean comfortable .

Cons:

The lifts are really busy. They have 3 lifts for other purposes. They need to divert 1 of them for guests.
