Absolutely amazing.
Pros:

The standard of the property is extremely high. This is our 4th visit to this hotel.
They catered to our every need. They staff were helpful and considerate at all times. I will be staying here again.

Pros:

The overall hospitality is good! Specially during the breakfast, the team of Manish, Harish, Tanuj, Rahul and Mohit service is very good.

Cons:

The welcoming service could have been better. Like, once the customer enter into the lobby, someone should receive them and help them to make smooth check-in.

At the Dinner, the Chef and the attending team did an excellent job.

The Welcome could have been more specific in person - a small garland, traditional Tika would have helped....or some kaathhiya pagadi crowning (associated with local culture) at the welcome...
