Pros:

Wir haben im Hyde Ibiza in Cala Llonga übernachtet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt in einer eher ruhigen Gegend, aber da Ibiza nicht besonders gross ist, sind alle Hotspots schnell erreichbar.

Zimmer & Ausstattung: Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die verschiedenen Pools mit abwechslungsreichen Ambiente und DJ-Sound – eine tolle Mischung aus Entspannung und Ibiza-Vibes. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen, und wer eine der komfortableren Betten nutzen möchte, muss zwar eine Mindestkonsumation tätigen, was aber fair geregelt ist.

Atmosphäre & Publikum: Das Publikum war angenehm durchmischt – sowohl was Nationalität als auch Alter betrifft. Wir haben das gepflegte und entspannte Klima sehr geschätzt. Der Strand liegt direkt neben dem Hotel und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht.

Verpflegung: Das Frühstück war gut. Ich selbst nehme morgens nur Kaffee und Früchte zu mir, und damit war ich vollkommen zufrieden. Das restliche Essen im Hotel war okay – solide, aber kein kulinarisches Highlight.

Lage & Parken: Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt am Hotel für 25 € pro Tag. Wer sparen möchte, findet in der Umgebung ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze.

Fazit: Wir – 48 und 37 Jahre jung – haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hyde Ibiza sehr genossen. Ein stylisches Hotel mit guter Stimmung, schöner Lage und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Ibiza entspannt und dennoch mit einem Hauch von Lifestyle erleben möchten.

Cons:

Check in en check uit was dramatisch, rijen waarbij gasten letterlijk meer dan een uur stonden te wachten voor in of uitchecken. Valed parking vraagt je om de sleutel bij parkeren om de auto in beheer te houden en gebruikt vervolgens jouw auto om te pendelen. Kamer stonk naar riool. Mensen aan de receptie hadden weinig kennis over de buurt. Administratieve fouten zoals kosten vergeten of verkeerd boeken.

Teleurstellend ten opzichte van vorig jaar

We hebben dit jaar geboekt, omdat we vorig jaar een hele fijne tijd hebben gehad. Wat een verschil dit jaar. Weer een paar dagen geen warm water. De 1e dag waren er geen handdoeken bij het zwembad. Dit duurde een paar uur. Het ontbijt is gewoon niet goed. Vorig jaar had je een ei station en veel vers bereidde producten. Dit was alle dagen gesloten. Bij de valet parking hadden ze onze auto steeds op een andere plek, niet bij het hotel, waardoor je langer moest wachten op je auto. Ik wou dit alles melden bij een manager, maar deze was eten. Wij komen helaas niet meer terug.

Het ontbijt was zeer goed en uitgebreid. Het persoon was heel vriendelijk en hielp je met alles veder.

Er werd niet gestofzuigd en geen propere lakens gelegd de ganse week.

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location
Pros:

- The hotel was lovely and spacious and the social areas were a real bonus. We particularly liked the addition of a DJ in the evening to provide background music
- Great breakfast included with our room rate; lots of variety and all very fresh
- Very impressed with the up to date equipment in the gym area
- Lovely pools and a good selection to choose from
- the location was excellent; literally a stone's throw from the beautiful beach of Cala Llonga

Cons:

- the room was a little compact
- the bed was a little too soft (obviously it is my personal preference to have a firmer bed)
- the adjustable shower head did not stay in place
- the fridge was not cold enough, it barely kept our water chilled
- one of the evening bar staff in Cuyo - Roberto - could not have been less welcoming; he was bordering on being rude :(
