Lovely quiet boutique hotel with great staff
Pros:

Great room and very quiet in the hotel. The staff were excellent and it is fairly well located - with a 25 minute walk to Galle Fort and around 20 minutes to beaches.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive for what you get compared with other hotels in Sri Lanka

A home away from home . Felt so much at home
Pros:

We fell in love with the highly motivated , supportive staff, right from reception , housekeeping , to chef Janith, they catered to all our needs with a smile. It’s very new and we were made to feel very comfortable

Cons:

The hotel being new the restaurant is not fully functional . We even got to meet the warm and approachable owner who is already working towards making it fully functional soon .

Beautiful hotel and very nice staff.
Pros:

A lovely stay at a clean, beautiful and well maintained hotel.
The breakfast was delicious.
The staff was so helpful and kind.
Very close to a nice supermarket.
The best functional and warm shower we have had after two weeks in Sri Lanka!

Home away from home. New , very clean hotel with committed friendly staff and good location
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was for 5 days. The hotel felt like home away from home. It is a fairly new hotel which does not have a full functioning restaurant. However the chef Janith worked very hard to cater to our palette and served fresh food for us. Thank you Janith
The manager Dhanush went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The girls at the reception desk Nirvana and Kaushalya helped out in every possible way with a smile and heart.
We would come back to Ravo hotel on our next trip too.

Great hotel not great location if you want to be near the old town
Pros:

Comfortable room

Cons:

Location, it’s a half an hour walk into the old town, not located in town as it states, more of an industrial area
Not really close to a beach you could sunbathe on
Our sea view was more of a fish market and water tank view
Fish market right outside our window
Really loud noise from taps other peoples and ours all night
Room is not soundproofed so you hear the lift bing bong every time someone came to the floor we were on
Doors are very heavy so we were woken up by other people leaving and entering their rooms and chatting in the corridor
Breakfast choices very limited and no room for flexibility
No bar to speak of so nowhere to sit and have a drink
No menu offered for dinner
Scraping chairs from people using the rooftop space was LOUD!
The bed has a sticking out ledge all around it which if you don’t knock into you’re more agile than us! Bruises to prove it! Very annoying.

Komfortables Hotel an schlechter Lage
Pros:

Neueres, kleines Hotel mit moderner und zweckmässiger Ausstattung. Das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert, was uns gut gefallen hat.

Cons:

Etwas schmales Doppelbett. Lage absolut grässlich. Es hat keine Restaurants in der Nähe, nur einen Spar mit Fertiggerichten. Mit dem Tuktuk in die Altstadt von Galle zu fahren, erwies sich schwierig, weil die TukTuk Fahrer nicht verstanden, was wir wollten und das Hotel konnte nicht wirklich helfen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren zwar äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, leider aber etwas unprofessionell und nicht besonders kompetent. Zum Frühstück gab es lediglich Nescafé oder Teebeutel als Getränk.

綺麗な高級ホテル
Pros:

とても綺麗でスタッフも親切でした。クレジットカードも使えました。

Cons:

WiFiがかなり弱く、使えないです。
スリランカはどこのホテルもWiFiが弱そうです。
SIMのテザリングを使いましょう。

Away from the main traffic areas but still close to sight seeing places. Also very close to hyper mart and Indian restaurant

Cons:

All fittings in the bath room new, hand shower and overhead shower simultaneously water was coming. This only needs correction. International power outlets may be provided
