Nobody around on arrival
Pros:

This was a one night stay for a short visit to the region for family reasons. There was nobody around on arrival. The restaurant was closed.There was a handwritten message stuck to the inside of the window explaining how to get to our room. The key was in the door. I needed to use the Wi-Fi during my stay but wasn’t informed what the password was and there was nobody around to ask. On leaving the restaurant was open and there was somebody there to take the key. Service was very poor, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Pros:

Réservation de 2 nuits via expédia. Arrivé sur place à l’accueil on me dit qu’ils ont fait une erreur et qu’il n’ont pas pris en compte ma réservation (pourtant payé d’avance). Par chance pour la première nuit une chambre est libre je peux donc bénéficier d’une nuitée. Pour s’excuser on m’offre le petit déjeuner du lendemain et on me propose une chambre en travaux que je décline car j’ai trouvé un plan b. On me dit que le remboursement se fera automatiquement ayant réglé via le site expédia. 15 jours plus tard pas de remboursement.
Pour un hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir pas très sérieux je ne recommande pas du tout.
