Pros:

The towels and mattresses is full of stain from people doin the “thing” with their partner, the staff did not wash or better change it. There was no trash bin in room and the toilet is very cram and the water heater does not function properly. Its cheap but still not even worth that price, can get better hotel with the price

Cons:

During my stay, I encountered some challenges with the front desk service who is unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay. I hope the hotel can provide additional training to improve their customer service at the front desk.

The property sink is damaged!! Complaint has been made to receptionist but no action taken! Aircond is hot!

Pros:

The wifi is fine

Cons:

They gave me a torn, dirty bath towel (see photos).
The room is very small, with no trash can either in the room or the bathroom.
You're forced to manage the toilet paper in the bathroom.
Very poor hotel.
They have no respect for their customers.
The bath towel really made me dislike the place.
The walls are dirty (look at the pictures)

Overall quite satisfied and the counter staff is friendly
Pros:

The location is nice and easy to find foods

Cons:

May be the room need do proper cleaning as the room I stay a lot ants, the toilet facility need to improve too
