Pros:

I really loved the location. It’s very close to Kyoto Station, which made getting around extremely easy. The neighborhood itself is quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe. There are also several intimate, cozy restaurants nearby, which made the experience even more special. The area is very well connected, and I especially appreciated that you can even walk to Kiyomizu-dera, which is a huge plus.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like — everything about the stay was great.

Really nice place, I highly recommend.
Pros:

Location, cleaning and the facilities. 5 minutes walking from the Gojo station👍🏼 the beds were nice as well.

Cons:

Quite small for a family of 4 people. Could have a space to hang our clothes.

Perfect apartments to explore Kyoto.
Pros:

- Very clean rooms with very convenient facilities like well equipped kitchen, washing machine, drying machine, ... including the necessary cleaning agents.
- Quiet neighborhood, but sufficient facilities nearby (convenience store, some restaurants, bus stops, ...)
- On reasonable walking distance from the main station
- Although there was no permanent reception, very easy to reach somebody, with quick and clear response on our questions
- We forgot some t-shirt in the apartment, but they helped us very well to get it back.

It was a very good sized room for our family of 3, excellent beds size wise and quite comfortable.
Pros:

The bathroom was well sized and the washer/drier and other appliances made the stay pleasant and quite handy

Cons:

The lack of sunlight as the only window (balcony) was facing a very closed located back of another building and smell of food was entering the room if we tried to air it

Non è un appartamento ma una stanza senza armadi
Pros:

La posizione ed il quartiere, letto comodo. Bagno grande con ottima doccia.

Cons:

Dalle foto sembra un appartamento ma non lo è. La stanza da letto è grande ma senza armadi, bisogno usare le valigie come cassetti. La cosiddetta cucina si sviluppa in un corridoio, non esiste un angolo dove mangiare. I prodotti da bagno sono di pessima qualità

Lovely guesthouse in quiet residential area away from the crowds.
Pros:

Lovely property to stay in 20 mins walk from Kyoto station in a residential neighbourhood. Good facilities in room. Washing machine and fridge a bonus. Hot shower. Comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff especially when requested another sheet as my daughter spilt her drink on the bed.

Cons:

Quite far to walk to everything so be prepared to walk miles, get buses and subway. Very small room for family of 4. Need to live out of suitcase and very little hanging or storage space. Could do with more shelves and hooks especially in the bathroom as nowhere to hang wet towels. Dryer didn’t work well so had wet clothes drying too in the room. Made it work but 3 nights was enough.

Все очень чисто, было удобно, все соответствует описанию и фото. Персонал пошел на встречу, оставили чемоданы раньше чек ин.

Cons:

По району, удобно что вокзал близко одна остановка, можно дойти пешком за 10 мин, но кафе очень мало, надо ехать в гион, или мы не нашли
