Pros:

真的是接近滿分的住宿，什麼備品都有，洗髮沐浴潤髮、洗衣球浴巾毛巾不夠用也可以下樓自行拿取，非常自助方便，而且有浴缸每天都可以泡澡，房間內有清楚的手冊，所有房間內的設備都有清楚的中英文指示說明，隔音也蠻好的，暖氣很暖，浴室的烘乾衣物功能非常強，每天衣服都能烘乾，每天洗衣服不成問題！知道我們是四人入住，還主動附了兩件小毛毯，非常貼心！

Cons:

如果唯一要說的缺點就是，標準雙人床有點小，習慣睡大床的人可能會不習慣，但已經是接近滿分的住宿環境了！

離五條地鐵近，京都車站從五條地鐵過去才一站就到，轉乘非常方便，住宿附近超商超市都有，機能佳，備品自取更換，房間垃圾分類清楚，備品回收與放置垃圾位置清楚，房間乾淨睡得很好，想得到的生活用品廚具整套烹煮基本上都有，非常完善。

年末年始の家族旅行で利用
Pros:

家族旅行で利用しました。
お部屋は清潔で、お風呂も広くてよかったです。
キッチンも調理器具や食器が揃っています。
京都駅に近い立地でとても利便性があります。
今回は車で行きましたが、専用の駐車場はありませんが、近くに安いコインパーキングがありました。
また利用したいです。
