Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Multiple guests explicitly praise very clean rooms and overall tidiness; one note about a rusty bin and one report that bins were not emptied during a 4-day stay (minor concern).
Service
9.8
Consistently described as friendly, smiling and helpful reception staff (24/7 reception, helped with taxis, parking, language assistance); service is a strong positive across reviews.
Location
9.6
Quiet, convenient location with easy car access and close to local stores; safe and good for starting trips, though not always within walking distance to the city center for some guests.
Room Quality
9
Beds generally described as comfortable and rooms nicely furnished; isolated issues include beds being arranged as two singles instead of one double for some bookings, one report of beds being too soft, and an air-con unit that restarted repeatedly for one guest.
Amenities
9.4
Covered garage/tiefgarage, free parking, elevator and a good on-site restaurant are highlighted; minor negatives include occasional weak WiFi and no housekeeping during stays if guest prefers privacy policy.
Value for Money
9.7
Several guests cite great value for money and recommend the hotel; parking and comfort add to perceived value despite small extras not included.
Food and Beverage
9
Food is generally praised as very good and plentiful, but multiple comments note that espresso/coffee or certain breakfast items were not included, lowering the score slightly.
Overall Experience
9.9
Overall sentiment is very positive: friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort, parking and a pleasant, quiet stay make for a highly recommended experience with only minor issues reported.
