Great staff, great value, very pleasant stay
Pros:

The friendly face of Erzurum. It’s run by people who love their work and their guests. There is unlimited tea available all day. It’s in a very central location and great for exploring the city, catching buses to Palandöken, and trying out kebab restaurants.

Jeśli nie spodziewasz się luksusów a chcesz mieć czysty, ciepły i wygodny pokój to dobry wybór !
Pros:

To był bardzo sympatyczny pobyt. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, bo wszędzie stąd było blisko. Pomimo siarczystych mrozów w Erzurum... pokój był ciepły, a kaloryfery grzały pełną parą :-))))))) Śniadanie wystarczające, specyficzny szwedzki stół, ale wszystkiego pod dostatkiem. Herbata i kawa dostępne na dole w kuchnio-recepcji przez całą dobę. Polecam na krótkie, kilkudniowe pobyty :-)

Cons:

Problemem było wystawienie faktury za pobyt, właściciel zasłaniał się tym, że fakturę wyśle mi Booking.com, a on po nie może, chociaż bardziej chyba - nie chciał. Faktury za pobyt nie dostałem do dzisiaj... a szkoda. Bo to na pewno podniosłoby ocenę pobytu. Drugą sprawą jest... brak parkingu przy hotelu, auto musiało stać na ulicy, co przy dużej ilości śniegu i oblodzeniu drogi dojazdowej było dość niekomfortowe.

Приятный маленький отель в центре
Pros:

Приятный отель в центре города. Дружелюбный отзывчивый персонал.
Номер чистый, удобная кровать.
В холле стоят столы и есть мини-кухня, круглосуточно доступны бойлер с кипятком, чай, кофе, посуда. Можно прийти со своей едой, можно минимально что-то сготовить. Также в холле есть зона отдыха с диванами и телевизором.

Cons:

Номер тесноват. Неудобный душ - лейка вмонтирована в стену, без шланга, обливает весь санузел.
Нет лифта. Завтрак однообразный.

Turkish style and cozy place
Pros:

I stayed in this hotel for one night, and it was my first time traveling to Erzurum.
The staff were kind and showed good behaviour. The room was clean and warm. That night, the out side temp. was - 17 but the room was warm. They had a very simple breakfast, but it was fine. They served Turkish tea. The decoration and style of the hotel were completely Turkish.

Pros:

Everything good. Supportive staff, regular Turkish breakfast, clean rooms, and bathrooms are Good with this price. The heater was working properly.

Cons:

Right now there is construction on the road so parking is hard to find and neighbours are not good who don't allow you to park your car if you are a foreigner.
