Very reasonably priced property in fantastic location.
Pros:

Wonderful location, very comfortable room and lovely shower and very comfortable bed

Cons:

One small niggle is that the metal staircase which you have to go up to access your room was quite noisy when other people use the staircase.
It would be also nice to have the use of a Laundry.

Great location and facilities are clean
Pros:

We did not have breakfast but enjoyed the snacks. The area was nice and facilities very clean. The staff was friendly, and neighbor was safe and clean. I would stay here again but choose a room on the first floor as our staircase was a tad tough to go up. The staff was great and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Very much appreciated!! I would recommend.

The slim swirl staircase was a tad tough to go up but we made it work.

Pros:

the facade of the building is gorgeous. our room was missing light bulbs and there wasn't much in the way of services. Safety and the guys at the gate (Nestor and Carlos) were great. Room clean for sure and bed cozy.
we had just come from an very lovely place in Oaxaca so the place felt like a let down vs. what you see on line.

Cons:

Better coffee in the morning.

Have visited Polanco a few times and this is one of the best places to stay.
Pros:

The accommodation itself is a very beautiful, a grand staircase and lovely rest areas to work or just soak up the vibe of the house. Lots of storage space in the room itself. Great location in Polanco, surrounded by an excellent choice of cafe's, bars and restaurants. Lincoln Park and Chapultepec just a short stroll away.

Cons:

Unfortunately there is no elevator so getting your heavy luggage up the stairwell can be a challenge. Some of the rooms were being renovated and the noise was quite loud (typical of Mexico). No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There is a room for making your own brew but this was not explained to us when we arrived.

Pros:

Een prachtig pand, schitterende kamer met uitzicht, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, uitstekende locatie. Leuke gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, inclusief toegang tot kokend water.

Cons:

Automatische ventilatie in de douche en het toilet was een beetje vervelend

Tranquilidad y belleza
Pros:

La arquitectura de la casa es PRECIOSA, los espacios ínteriores son hermosos, el arte de las obras que los decoran y que tienen a la venta, hacen muy especial el espacio. Un lugar muuuy bonito y tranquilo. Ubicación inmemorable.

Cons:

Hay cafetera, pero no hay los insumos para preparar los cafés qué ofrece la cafetera.
Las galletas podrían ser de mejor calidad. Sé que quieren ahorrar, pero de plano las galletas que dan son muy básicas.
En la habitación no servían dos lámparas.
En la habitación falta un mueble para colocar la maleta y un bote para la basura.
