La belle piscine! Beau jardin. Personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Chambres trop petites sans possibilité de suspendre son linge. Salle d eau minuscule rien pour poser sa trousse. Lit difficile d accès pour personnes âgées ou en mobilité réduite. Petit déjeuner léger (1 seul choix à faire, pas de buffet). Quartier assez moche et nauséabond. Il faut dire 500m pour trouver une zone animée avec restaurants et massages.

Wonderful - great value for money!
Pros:

Staff are absolutely lovely, very helpful. Location is great - just a VERY short work to multiple restaurants etc. Beds were comfy, we loved the quirky set up of the 3 beds - one room but privacy for each of us! Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Pool immaculately clear. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Nothing - it was great value for money.

L'hotel est en retrait du centre de siem reap mais on le rejoint tres facilement en tu tuk
Pros:

Les chambres etaient communiquantes, l'emplacement du lit était original. La plupart des chambres sont face à la piscine qui est superbe.

Cons:

L'eau de la piscine était froide quand nous avons voulu nous baigner vers 16h00. Un lieu de prière est à proximité mais nous n'avons pas été dérangé par les chants.

Hôtel agréable, atypique, très bien entretenu. Les espaces verts avec la piscine sont appréciables. Le personnel est souriant, disponible. Merci à Chanrath pour sa gentillesse.

Darling retreat with the friendliest staff!
Pros:

The accommodation and staff were superb. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was so cute, with built in partitions between beds making separate sleeping areas, each with their own AC unit. Meals here were easy, delicious and inexpensive.

It was a short walk to shops, restaurants, the river and night market, with tuctuc drivers everywhere along the way. Siem Reap used US currency which made things easy for us.

His professionalism, kindness, and exceptional support greatly facilitated my stay. The quality of his service was outstanding, and I sincerely appreciate his dedication and hospitality.

Pros:

Hotel molto carino e silenzioso. Staff gentilissimo, ti aiuta per ogni esigenza. Durante il giorno l'hotel mette a disposizione tuk tuk gratis per arrivare in centro.

Cons:

L'hotel si trova nella zona musulmana, un po' degradata e distante dal centro circa 20 Min a piedi. Il bagno non ha la doccia ma un doccino nella stanza, quindi ogni volta che si usa l'intero bagno si bagna ed è scivoloso.

Pros:

We loved our stay at Tunnel Urban. We loved: the look of the room, coming home to a pool, free desserts poolside,free rides into town in the evening, & the staff. Special mention to Chhiv, NIch, Mr Chea, Soksan & Kimlat. So helpful and sweet.

Nothing - they went out of their way to make us feel special and to make sure we had everything we needed.

Muy buen hotel para el precio que pagas. con un personal dedicado a hacer tu estancia muy agradable
Pros:

El personal es muy atento y te ayudan con todo lo que te haga falta. Las habitaciones son espaciosas. El hotel está cerca de la zona de bares, a unos 10 minutos andando, pero lo suficientemente lejos para que no tengas nada de ruido. El hotel cuenta además con una piscina que es muy de agradecer para refrescarse después de un día recorriendo templos. El desayuno te lo preparan en el momento y es abundante.
