Nice location on quiet street, food options nearby as hotel is in Civil Lines area. Room was comfortable with balcony and hot shower. Clean. Good indian breakfast but egg omelet was available also.

Decent room. Proximity to Ram Ki Paidi ghat.
Difficult to reach in a four wheeler. The room is decent but our room had a bathroom that was at an unusual height from the bedroom floor. The staff weren’t very good. They had a very indifferent attitude to our requests. Better not to depend on them for anything.

Everything. Staff were smiling and courteous. Zoya at the reception counter was extremely courteous,warm and helpful. In fact when the waiter at the restaurant was busy elsewhere she herself took our lunch order. Room was well furnished with clean bed sheets,towels,tea coffee maker. Ac was working perfectly fine. Piping hot water for bath with soaps and shower gels. All up to the mark. With the horrible reviews I was getting for other hotels during the kumbh mela period, this hotel was like a godsend.
Room was slightly on the smaller side, although very well furnished and comfortable with all amenities.

I checked out at 7 am and they start serving breakfast at 8.30 am. Breakfast was included in my package and I already paid for it. I requested for a packed breakfast but my request was unfortunately turned down as the cook would come later.
At dinner time, the service was very slow despite the restaurent was empty but the food served was nice.
