Art decor luxury to relax in
Pros:

Room was spacious and beautifully decorated and a very tasteful bathroom.

Pros:

The room was lovely, great sea view with balcony. All the staff were very friendly, in the bar, restaurant and houskeeping lady was very helpful. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Beautiful hotel mixing old charm with the modern touch with friendly helpful hotel staff
Pros:

A lovely hotel with plenty of character but with a modern twist. Very near to the local theatre that I was visiting. Friendly and helpful staff who really did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible

It is a slightly old hotel but well maintained and well equipped.
Pros:

It is right at the beach, great views.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been just “help yourself” breakfast, we were not sure about this table service. More choices maybe.

A well organised, friendly old style English hotel.
Pros:

Old-school English charm, friendly and efficient staff, comfortable living areas, a general impression of a clean and well ordered establishment.

Cons:

Muzak (nearly everywhere). Love The Beatles - but not during breakfast (but they did turn the volume down for me).

Great beach location
Pros:

Our room had recently been refurbished in Art Deco style and was excellent with a view to the river. We were there for our friends' surprise birthday lunch party and the staff were very obliging making sure everything went well. We all enjoyed our food.

I would love to return to this hotel
Pros:

Room was fabulous with terrific view, the shower was so nice and I was provided with a wonderful terry cloth robe. Nice decor and I loved the place. Food was good at the restaurant. Front desk staff was lovely. Nice little town with good walks.

Cons:

Bartender had no idea how to make a vodka martini! I found that unusual.

Was nice break , drinks reasonably priced, but food expensive.

Cons:

Thought I was getting a sea view room , but not when arrived, upgraded to deluxe room with shower , but not seaview , they did offer another room but stayed in the room given as was nice n spacious on a corner .
