Location for the theatre great and breakfast top drawer. Staff exceptionally helpful at all levels.
Shame about the closed eyesore of a ocean complex nearby.

The room was excellent, especially the bathroom.

The staff is very friendly, the room was lovely with a balcony over looking the sea and beach, bathroom had a walk in shower,

The location is lovely right near the harbour and beach breakfast was great lots of choice but I think there could of been some sort of sauce for the scrabble egg and salmon
The mattress on the double bed was 2 singles which made no sense and only 2 toilet rolls so not enough especially if you run out in the middle of the night

Room with sea view was fantastic. The bar and outside seating was comfortable with a great atmosphere.
Breakfast not included in price but found a lovely cafe close by.
Excellent value for money. Staff very attentive an polite, Nothing is too much trouble. Food is superb and well presented. Really appreciate the 'small plate' options on the menu. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout

Nothing negative about the property at all.
Location very close to beach. Free parking right outside the hotel. Meals both at lunch time and dinner in the evening.
Restaurant and bar were very comfortable and the staff very friendly.
Reception staff were also helpful and friendly.
The room had good facilities but there was some black mould around the bath near the taps.
The room had 2 windows but one of them would not stay up, over a period of time it would close on its own which was inconvenient as it was very hot weather. In the end we jammed the bin in the frame so it could not close.
I realise these are small problems but they should be fixed.
I would still come back to this hotel in the future.
