We had lunch and dinner both lovely amazing portions for dinner we didn’t do breakfast found that a little bit expensive staff were so friendly right the way we weren’t kept waking for anything we asked for
There was absolutely nothing you could not like the deco was art deco the lighting and the pictures on the walls were amazing I wanted to take everything home with me even outside was nice lovely view of the beach just lovely

The bathroom was clean and very spacious the layout was luxurious.
A very nice warm and comfortable bed. The was a television and tea facilities in the room.
We only had one evening meal which was very good. We saw other meals being taken to customers. It was popular with the locals as the restaurant and bar were full both nights we were there.
We found we did not need anything more.

A very minor thing but as I'm short some chairs left my legs dangling and uncomfortable.
Warm clean comfortable great location and a great seaveiw also good bar food and service 👌 just right for a stay when going to a play /show at the pavilion theatre

All the staff without exception were efficient, pleasant, nothing was too much trouble.
The food was amazing the kitchen were always happy to adapt any dish. The management were always on hand and helped if it was busy.

Minor problems: Broken toilet roll holder, some mould in sink overflow and shower.
Everything was excellent
The room was made up to a good standard every morning. The bathroom was clean with shower gel and shampoo supplied. We had a couple of meals in the bar/restaurant, both of which were very good. The staff were efficient, friendly and attentive.
The weather was very sunny during our stay so the room got very hot. The window didn't open very far which was understandable given safety concerns but it did make the room a bit uncomfortable at night. A fan in the room may have helped.
There was no lift to the third floor
