Cons:

The rooms were not clean and the bedsheet were stinking to the core. even the pillow cover were dirty. i had to put my tshirt on it and sleep.

Enjoyed the stay
Pros:

Property is well maintained and it is almost at the centre of all tourist attractions. Loved their services, staffs were good. Immediate support provided for any electrical other issues. Terrace ambiance is too good.

Not Recommended. Max to be paid for this property per room should be Rs. 1000.
Pros:

Absolutely poor rooms. Zero maintenance. Age old property and extremely high prices. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone ever! Only point to try and console oneself was the proxemity to rock beach which was about 500m.

Pros:

Best Ambiance! Peaceful surrounding.
House was so neat and well maintained.
Staffs are very helpful at any time during the stay.
Food quality and quantity was superb. they provide HD projector with 5.1 speaker is very good experience overall best experience. good for family.

Pros:

HD projector with remote screen & 5.1 being a best entertainment part in my stay , my spouse enjoyed it well, the hospitality was good and friendly, felt the secured stay , & specially they provided bed cofee and morning breakfast in that overall price itself , its really nice and pleasant stay, could not forget the stay

Room booked in website but receptionist said no rooms are available !!
Cons:

I booked room for Saturday 5/8/23 on Friday evening but after one hour I received message saying all room are booked. When I called the reception they also said the same which doesn’t make sense. I asked the receptionist how can I book room if it’s not listed in website but he keeps arguing there is no room. I literally had a worst experience with this hotel and with booking.com. Please remove this hotel from booking.com to give better experience to customers.
