Best location..,
Pros:

Very close to Pub Street. Nice big room. Great staff.

Cons:

Breakfast a bit ordinary and the pool was closed for the 5 nights we were there and it was very hot weather.

Excellent value
Pros:

The staff was very attentive and professional specially the ones at the front desk. Gym is technogym and very well equipped. Breakfast was very good with khmer noodles made at the moment and egg specialties. Location right in the center.

New hotel in central
Pros:

The location of Koulen hotel is in the central, walkable to pub street and many night markets, restaurants and others. The room (quadraple) is very big with 2 king size beds, comfortable pillows and duvet. The hotel and room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if I am going to Siem Reap

Cons:

The room is big with a very small TV, it would be nice if it is bigger.
The housekeepers would remove all the towels without replacing them. I have to call reception to ask for towels everyday.
