Location, roof top bar and employees
Room sound proof, we can listen to everything and everyone
The Hotel was overall exceptional with the location and facilities. The rooftop bar and breakfast was great.
All staff at the hotel were great but special mention to Linaour and Samut at the rooftop bar were exceptional. They were very courteous and attentive, an asset to your company. The cocktails made by them were of exceptional quality....
A special mention also goes to Neardey at the hotel reception, a very helpful young lady who went over and above to assist us to get our transport to the VET Bus station
The Hotel facilities, staff and location were great.
I think everything was great but Koulen Hotel may try the following to be even better:
- Inform guests of all the tours and airport pickup facilities offered by them in advance i.e. when they book and not just a few days before arrival (as guests may have arranged alternatives by then)
- Have facilities at the reception for guests to exchange larger notes for smaller notes (cambodian currency or US dollars) so that they can easily provide tips to their excellent staff

Supernowoczesny hotel w centrum miasta. 5 minut spacerem od ścisłego centrum miasta. Duże, czyste i nowocześnie wyposażone pokoje i wygodne, wielkie łóżka. Bardzo miły i uczynny personel.
Śniadania jak w większości miejsc w Kambodży ubogie, z małą ilością owoców i nieurozmaicone, choć poprawne.
Nie bardzo można tutaj mieć pretensje o inne rzeczy.

パブストリートに歩いていけるなど、立地が良かった。
部屋も清潔感があり快適に過ごせた。
朝食ビュッフェも美味しく、日の出ツアーの日にはランチボックス（サンドイッチ、フルーツ、ゆで卵）を用意してくれた。
また、スタッフの対応も良かった。バスタブの蛇口の水圧が弱く、お湯を張ることができないと伝えたところすぐに直してくれて大変助かった。
屋上にあるプールとバーも雰囲気が良かった。
部屋の場所にも寄ると思うが、外の音が結構聞こえた。
他の方の口コミにもある通り、部屋の壁はかなり薄いと思う。

Clean and modern
Nothing
The hotel was well-located, rooms were large. Beds were very firm, but we found them comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and was good. Liked the coffee machine.
Unfortunately, service and communication was lacking. First, the air conditioning in our original King room with balcony and city view was not working and we were moved to a twin room without balcony or view. We were offered vouchers for 2 free drinks which was not enough given the difference in price, but I didn't complain as we needed good air con for heat. Next, we only had one pillow per bed. I called and requested additional pillows which never came on our first night. I requested them 2 more times before they were finally delivered. Next, our room hadn't been cleaned yet when we returned to our room about 3 pm the next day. I called as we were going out. They came and cleaned, but left no towels. I had to call. The next day, we had towels but no toilet paper. I called. The final straw was when we went to the bar to use our 2 free vouchers. We ordered drinks, but when we handed them over for payment, they didn't want to take them because they "had already keyed them into their system". They wanted us to order additional drinks which we didn't want to do. My husband had to escalate twice and get upset with them before they would accept them. It is a shame because the facilities were nice.
L'accueil etait tout simplement extraordinaire! Le personnel souriant et avenants! Le petit déjeuner offrait un vaste choix et que dire des installations : Wow!
Pour être honnête, pas grand chose, peut être juste la musique qui était toujours la même.
