Pros:

Very kind staff, beautiful hotel with great breakfast. The location is also outstanding, close to many restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

Great location, very clean, wonderful staff.
Pros:

The rooftop pool was great for relaxing.
The restaurant did delicious pancakes!

Cons:

There seemed to be a lot of open space that wasn't being used. Not really a problem though.

Comfortable,happy and well taken care of.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and extremely attentive and helpful. Location is great. Quality for the price was very good. Shower was great pressure. Bed & pillows comfortable. No complaints. Would highly recommend

I loved it. Moved on to Phu Quoc and living in a shack for the same price.

Ver Central. Staff were first class

Cons:

Thought that finished meals and drinks stayed around the pool far too long. We got served 2 drinks and the waitress walked back empty handed leaving a table full of empty drinks and plates. Admittedly it’s one of my pet hates. A bit like the Union Jack flying upside down.

Amazing
Pros:

- Staff are very friendly.
- Rooms are spacious and clean with lots of counter-top space to put your things, the shower is powerful and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
- Variety of food for breakfast was very good - fried eggs, omelette, bread, cereal, croissants, mini muffins, waffles or pancakes and fruit for westerners.
- The pool/bar area on the fifth floor was stylish.
- Fantastic location.
- Arranged an airport drop off with the tour desk - price was cheaper than a regular taxi and the driver arrived a few minutes early.

Cons:

- It is incredibly busy at breakfast at 7am and we struggled to find an empty table. This could easily be solved by putting a lot more tables in the restaurant as there is a lot of free and wasted space.
- I appreciate Asian beds are hard, but the bed was just a bit too hard for us.
