My stay at Koulen Central Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable—they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From check-in to departure, their professionalism and kindness stood out.

The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern comforts. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail, from the lighting to the amenities, was thoughtfully arranged to create a relaxing atmosphere.

One of the highlights of the hotel is the pool. It’s simply stunning—crystal clear, well-maintained, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The surrounding area is peaceful and inviting, making it easy to spend hours just relaxing there.

Great hotel, ok rooms
Pros:

The location is amazing as are the breakfast and the pool area. The main lobby and all common areas are very well appointed and stylish

Cons:

The room is quite bare bone. Only the strict minimum. 3 hangers. Limited amenities small TV, limited channels. Great shower and bathroom area though. But it's like they focused so much on the common areas that they forgot the rooms.

Also when you check out they inspect the room to make sure you didn't steal the very limited mini bar or amenities. They say it's to make sure you didn't forget anything but then admitted it's to make sure they don't forget to charge you anything. It's a bit insulting I must say

Nice hotel, great service, great location. But sewer smell and cleanliness of restroom should be better.

Cons:

First room we had, had sewer smell right when we walked in. I had to tell staff to change rooms.

The cleanliness of the room itself was clean and organized. However, the restroom was dirty, I had some water leaking from the shower to the outside of shower because the seal for door was missing. I used some tissue to wipe it up and was brown from being dirty.
I called staff to clean shower since it was visibly dirty. But the grout and tile was stained and needed proper cleaning products they did not have and cleaning made no difference.

I would recommend better and stronger cleaning products to maintain their facility. Seeing a dirty shower was unpleasant. Mopping should be better as well.

Dusche Ablauf wahr am Anfang verstopft wurde aber in Ordnung gebracht,sehr ringhōriges Hotel im Zimmer hōrt man die Klavier Musik vom floor,zu langes warten auf den Aufzug.Hatten ein Transfer taxy ūbers Hotel gebucht warteten halbe Stunde am Siam reap Airport bis der Fahrer kam und noch 5 Dollar mehr bezahlt Alls ūblich wollten mal etwas mehr besseres ausprobieren leider enttäuscht worden😔

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, wifi connection was good and the hotel was conveniently located. There was free glass-bottled drinking water in the room every day. The staff were all very helpful. I appreciated the tuktuk the hotel had arranged to do a 2-day tour of Ankor Wat. The driver was very thoughtful and entertaining, and I enjoyed the tour very much. The buffet breakfast was also good with varieties to choose from. Highly recommended. I had a very nice stay in the hotel. Thank you.

清潔で快適！
Pros:

子どもたちは毎日プールを楽しみました。
学校が近くにあり、治安の良さを感じました。現地の子どもたちが多く食べている１ドルバーガーが近く私たちも３回も食べました。
パブストリートも歩ける距離で、便利でした。地元のレストランの予約をお願いしました。
朝食がとてもおいしいです。お風呂が広くてくつろげました。
スタッフの英語が聞き取りやすく、Vicharaさん、Neardey さん、Bossabaさん、Ousaさんの接客が特によかったです。

Cons:

４人部屋だったにも関わらず、毎日２セットしかタオルがセットされなかった。
ただ、声かけるとすぐに持ってきてくれました。
