Exceptional
Pros:

Clean room. Friendly staff, they even helped us with giving Directions to the driver in Swahili. Good location close to where we were going. Nice breakfast

It was great. I attended an online meeting which was going on in Canada for 6 hours uninterrupted
Pros:

The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi is superb, the bedroom and the shower room are conveniently spacious.
The location is convenient and accessible to the airport and main business centre.
The environment is quiet and good for families.

Cons:

1. The warm water in the shower room required guests to first make a call to the reception for someone to be arranged to make it work.
2. The wall between the room and the bathroom on the first floor needs repainting, and dampness should be controlled

A Quick Stay
Pros:

My wife was going for the collection of her passport from VFS Global. It was great as always. It was a short stay though as things needed to be handled quickly, but it was restful and convenient.

Really appreciated the breakfast!
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding! There were pancakes, yogurt, sausage, multiple types of potatoes, omelets and juices, and pineapple and other fruits!

Cons:

The exterior of the hotel/conference center as we drove up at approx 2300 hrs was not lighted. I was not sure if the hotel was open?? The interior grounds were in better shape.

Pros:

A gym belongs to the hotel
Breakfast had a huge selection of different things

Cons:

Rooms need to be renovated - everything seems to be from 20 years ago
There was a constant loud noise on the floor
Gate to the hotel closes pretty early so you have to contact somebody from the hotel to open
