Great stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, our thanks goes to Faruk who was very helpful. The breakfast was delicous. Rooms comfortable. Great stay.

Das das Personal von der Rezeption sehr bemüht war

Cons:

Als wir uns Zimmer kamen, war alles schmutzig. Flecken am Badezimmerspiegel, schmutzige Amatur. Vorhang war ausgerissen, staubiger Boden, Flecken auf den Polster und decken. Natürlich würde es gemeldet und eine Raumpflegerin soll alles nochmal tiefen reinigen. Also wir nach Stunden ins Zimmer kamen, war außer der Staub am Boden noch alles gleich

Location good, friendly staff, mediocre breakfast. Definitely not a 4 Star hotel!
Pros:

Location was perfect, as it was near to the metro station and eating options. The Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast should have been little bit better, with more options. Family room was small than expected. My room was was smelly with Cigarette smoke, and I could not bear it initially. Later ventilated the room almost a day to have a bit relief. Could have get better hotels with the price I paid. Though advertised, Spa & Sauna was not working as it was said to be in maintenance.
