Location and overall cleanliness was good. Staff was very helpful.

Not a good place for family. Just quick stay it's ok but rate is too high
Pros:

The price was too high. They do not even offer the basic things like tea, or biscuit or just the welcome itinerary. Basic item like glass or stuff has to be call and asked to give. With the amount we paid. They could have given breakfast also but it was not there and said they have no kitchen. Too much high rate for the basic stay.

Cons:

Overall I was not very happy with the stay. Tehre was no proper parking space also.

Nothing to say staff was fine but the value for money was not there.

Location was fine thats all.

Cons:

The main thing was it was not clean. For 2 days stay no room service came to clean the room. There was no hot water. Bed covers were not need was very dirty . for two days stay just two water bottles were provided. Room service order wait time is more than 1 hr does not justify the payment we could have paid 1 k more for a much better place which had breakfast included as well. Lot of insects including cockroaches and slug in the bathroom it was not at all a good experience.
