Un hotel 4 stelle con tovaglietta in plastica nella sala ristorante non l'avevo ancora visto, al tavolo sembrava di essere in una mensa aziendale.

Soprattutto la cena davvero un cuoco eccezionale.
Bella Spa, bella piscina, anche la camera spaziosa e accogliente. Davvero uno splendido hotel.

Cons:

Il personale abbastanza distaccato. L'accoglienza dovrebbe far sentire ogni cliente accolto, ogni cliente unico. Solo un cameriere di sala Michele è stato davvero eccezionale a dir poco. Dopo solo 1giorno già sapeva i ns nomi e le ns abitudini, sempre sorridente. E faceva cosi con tutti i clienti. Questo ragazzo è speciale, ma solo lui fra tutto il personale. Non dico fossero scortesi gli altri, ma insomma ne bar, ne reception penso mi abbiano mai guardato nemmeno in faccia.

Great value and location
Pros:

Breakfast outstanding. Dinner even better. Chef was creative and four course meals great value. Only one night did we order steak that was poor quality and flavor. Even then the other theee courses were very good. I recommend!

Cons:

Room was warm. Evening temperature did cool but much too late. Needs a/c units or even ceiling fans

Pros:

il personale molto gentile ( in particolare Vasile), colazione ottima. Buona posizione per esplorare l'alpe di Siusi e lo Scillar, percorsi a piedi anche dall'albergo. Camera comoda e silenziosa (ho soggiornato nella Suite). L'area della piscina esterna è tranquilla e non affollata. L'acqua della piscina è molto fredda, ma per me non è un problema.

Cons:

La cena è migliorabile, in particolare le materie prime vegetali. Buono il fatto di offrire sempre un'opzione per vegetariani. l'area wellness è abbastanza affollata (per fortuna è adults-only). La piscina interna sempre piena di famiglie con bambini.

Pros:

Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri çok lezizdi. İş yoğunluğumdan, Fitness merkezinden hiç yararlanamadım. Bir dahaki sefere inşallah. Hayatımda ilk defa, iki ayrı gökkuşağını aynı anda gördüm. Otelin terasından bu mucizevi olaya tanıklık ettim. Muhteşemdi. Otelin manzarası harikaydı, baktıkça insanın ruhuna terapi gibi geliyor. Kızımın okul başlangıcındaki yaşadığı stresi, doyumsuz görsel manzaralar çok iyi geldi. Kızıma 1 gün yer ayırtmıştım. Daha sonra 3 gün daha uzattım. İlaç gibi geldi.
Her şey çok güzeldi. Çok teşekkür ederim

Posizione comoda ai servizi per le piste. Camere pulite, zone comuni da migliorare.Buone le colazioni, ottime le cene. Personale cortese.

Cons:

La Spa ha dimensioni insufficenti rispetto alle capacità di struttura. Piscina, saune e palestre sottodimensionate. Non era presente personale sufficente a garantire rispetto delle regole delle parti comuni.
