Would try another hotel next time.
Pros:

Good location, kind staff.

Cons:

Mold on walls, room smelled like smoke, we listened to the room next to us having extremely loud intimate relations and shouting past midnight, no sounds isolation whatsoever.

Poorly maintained hotel and poor value for money.
Pros:

The staff were pleasant, the rooms were clean and breakfast was satisfactory. Good views over the Black Sea. The other guests seemed to be enjoying themselves, but we did not enjoy our stay.

Cons:

We did not enjoy our stay and ended up checking out after 1 night although we had paid for 2, which is something we’ve never done before. The hotel seemed cheaply built and poorly maintained. We had partly chosen this hotel as it had a pool and a gym but the pool area was uninviting and much of the gym equipment was broken. The walls are very thin and the corridors echo the noise of doors banging and we were woken up several times during the night by inconsiderate guests. Wi-Fi in our room was difficult to get ( I could only get it consistently in the bathroom). There was a complete lack of attention to detail, the sheet was not big enough for the bed, was poor quality and had a hole in it, the carpets were frayed and the light fitting in one of our rooms had come away from the ceiling. The hotel was very poor quality and value for money for the price we paid compared with other places we stayed in Turkey. The location isn’t great- too far to walk to town and difficult to park if you drive there.

Wifi didn't work properly, the speed was very low and it was getting interrupted constantly
Towels were dirty and had holes
Tea/ coffee set was dirty
The light switch in room 103 was broken

Clean rooms, poor customer service. High end low end experience.
Pros:

Good pool. Clean rooms and clean halls. Public transit to centre is close by and runs all the time. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Customer service at the front desk was poor. They were not friendly at all. Fitness room in disrepair and bordered on dangerous. A screw was sticking out of the floor in a bathroom. Pretty expensive for what you get.

Definitely come back
Pros:

Views, pool, staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Very accommodating.

Cons:

The bed sheets were not big enough for 2 people. That’s all :)
