Would stay here again, especially in warmer weather when one could use the in-room pool or outdoor bath.
Pros:

Beautiful design, great staff, good food.

Cons:

Wifi doesn’t work in the room. Pebbles in the shower are pretty but they retain hair and dirt. Flush is so strong that the water splashes on the seat every time (force needs to be adjusted).

Great place to stay.
Pros:

The property was well maintained. The room was immaculate. The service was great. The breakfast options were limited but the food was great. The property is worth every penny.

Pros:

The stay was comfortable and wonderful. The property manager Ramit and the front office staff Abhishek made it even better with their hospitality. I was pleasantly surprised with the efforts they took to make things seamless.

A wedding in Amritsar
Pros:

It looks like very apart of everything, but once you are inside, you enter quite a paradise.
The rooms are super big, beautiful and with amazing service. There is always a sense of peace and welcoming.

Cons:

The only thing that was not great was the WiFi connection. The rest was perfect!

Pros:

Right from entry to check out it was very good. Approach was little not up to mark but Uber cabs are available easily .

Cons:

Road to hotel was ,about 100 meter not good but staff , cleanliness was excellent.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The stuff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The pool though was cold so we didn't enjoy of it at all. The city center is far so for the main site - the golden temple you need to drive or get a taxi for about 25 minutes. It's a perfect place for those who doesn't want to visit the temple or those who want to be very close to the airport

I had a very comfortable stay. Will visit again.
Pros:

*Check-in was smooth and efficient, with a refreshing welcome drink and warm greetings.
*The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern touches. The bed was super comfortable,
*The room also had a minibar stocked with great options and a large flat-screen TV with streaming services.
*where the atmosphere was relaxed and serene.
*Dining at The Cape House was a highlight! We enjoyed breakfast in morning at the main restaurant, which had a vast selection of fresh options, including an omelet station and fresh fruit.
*And the staff was always happy to provide recommendations.
*The service at this hotel is second to none. Every staff member, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They were attentive without being intrusive and always had great recommendations for activities and local spots to visit.
The location is also very near to the Airport. Its hardly took me 5 mins to reach at hotel from the airport
It is very calm and peaceful

A little boutique hotel, nice with helpful and happy staff. The hotel need some inprovements in the guest rooms
Pros:

Cape house is a lovely little hotel near the airport in Amritsar and is situated in a development area in the “country-side” of the road between airport and city. You need to take an Uber to and from the city.
Cape house a picturesque interior and the staff are very helpful.

Cons:

To become very good Cape house needs to improve in the following area:
1. Uber have difficult to find the correct way to the hotel, put up a sign near the local road for direction to the hotel.
2. The room: Housekeeping needs to check daily that the bathroom has amenities like toilet paper! (we had to ask twice)
3. The room: Housekeeping needs to regular clean the carpets.
4. Also a more intensive cleaning of the floor is necessary, to avoid dirty feets, daily mopping does not do the trick.
5. The room: The towels need un upgrade. Today the white color has turn grey for some of them and I got a lot of fluff from them to my body/face from the towels.
6. The room: The safety box, didn’t work. It was a dead battery that was not exchanged, instead we got a key!
7. The room: The wardrobe doesn’t have any hanger for clothes, just two for the bathrobes - more hangers is needed.
8. The hotel has written information and brochures that are wrapped. However, these are thumbed and broken. Provide new ones when old ones are worn out. It gives a nicer impression of the property.
9. These are my personal experience and advice to the management . Good luck in perfecting this Gem!

Pros:

Awesome place. Bali vibes in India. Staff especially Rameet and Rahul their customer service was exceptional. My only improvement was the bath robes needed to be more luxurious and bigger sizes. The pool was epic. Made my exp in India next level. Thank you Cape House Amritsar.

Cons:

Bath robes they need to be better, bigger a more fluffy……. 😉
