Очень приятное впечатление и сервис. Девушка на ресепшене- просто милейшая, подсказала где пообедать и принесла второе

Очень новый чистый и красивый отель.
Есть все необходимое.
Есть лифт.
Огромный завтрак) может даже слишком огромный

Cons:

Кондиционер не регулируется и дует прям на кровать.

Pros:

Прекрасный отель, все новое и чистое. Стильный номер, есть кондиционер, хороший мини бар, мощный фен, халаты и тапочки. Очень радушный персонал, разрешили оставить вещи, заселили раньше, тк на улице была жара.
Мои окна выходили в тихий двор. Шума от других постояльцев тоже не было.
Завтрак хороший, точно можно выбрать что-то по душе. Из горячего - блюда из яиц на выбор.
До центра нужно пройтись, но меня это не смущало. Также есть маршрутка за 100 драм и такси по очень приятной цене.

Confortável e acolhedor
Pros:

Quarto acolhedor, confortável e tranquilo! Atendimento simpático, até me emprestaram um guarda-chuva! O restaurante serve refeições variadas e bem confecionadas a preços aceitáveis! O pequeno almoço é variado! A localização é excelente, perto do centro a pé!

In Summe war das Hotel jedoch gut.
Pros:

Leider gab es nichts für Veganer außer Obst.
Auch Wasser musste man extra bestellen. Ein Glas Orangensaft wäre fein gewesen.
Vielleicht wird das noch.

Cons:

Mehr Pflanzliches beim Frühstück. Das kalte Wasser war nicht immer kalt. Man musste gleich bei der Ankunft bar bezahlen, sehr merkwürdig. Auf Wunsch gab es dann eine Rechnung, die jedoch nur ein Kassenbon war.

Un hôtel tout neuf offrant de belles prestations
Pros:

La chambre était impeccable, très bien équipée, propre et calme, le petit déjeuner copieux. Tout était parfait, avec des personnes toujours souriantes à l'accueil. Merci à Lala et Satine pour leur gentillesse !

Cons:

La situation : c'est un peu loin du centre et sur un grand boulevard.

المعامله كانت جداً سيئة من قبل الموظفين
لا توجد مساعده للشنط
لم يقبلو الدفع عن طريق الكرت
خدمه الغرفه بطيئه
نظافه الغرفه كانت رديئه
الافطار جداً بسيط
كاتبين الاطفال اقامتهم مجانيه ولكن اجبرونا على دفع مبلغ اضافي
لا انصح بالاقامه فيه

Convenient and spotless hotel in Gyumri
Pros:

The hotel is new and modern, everything works well, it's quiet and conveniently located even though it's not in the historical center of Gyumri.

Cons:

The hotel works with the restaurants that sits in the same building. Our lunch there was rather disappointing (we were almost alone and it took us 45 minutes to get our meal) and the breakfast was just OK.
