숙소와 거리앞에 레스토랑을 겸하고 있어서
주차는 식당앞 도로변에 주차선에 맞게 주차하면 됩니다.

In Summe war das Hotel jedoch gut.
Pros:

Leider gab es nichts für Veganer außer Obst.
Auch Wasser musste man extra bestellen. Ein Glas Orangensaft wäre fein gewesen.
Vielleicht wird das noch.

Cons:

Mehr Pflanzliches beim Frühstück. Das kalte Wasser war nicht immer kalt. Man musste gleich bei der Ankunft bar bezahlen, sehr merkwürdig. Auf Wunsch gab es dann eine Rechnung, die jedoch nur ein Kassenbon war.

Un hôtel tout neuf offrant de belles prestations
Pros:

La chambre était impeccable, très bien équipée, propre et calme, le petit déjeuner copieux. Tout était parfait, avec des personnes toujours souriantes à l'accueil. Merci à Lala et Satine pour leur gentillesse !

Cons:

La situation : c'est un peu loin du centre et sur un grand boulevard.

المعامله كانت جداً سيئة من قبل الموظفين
لا توجد مساعده للشنط
لم يقبلو الدفع عن طريق الكرت
خدمه الغرفه بطيئه
نظافه الغرفه كانت رديئه
الافطار جداً بسيط
كاتبين الاطفال اقامتهم مجانيه ولكن اجبرونا على دفع مبلغ اضافي
لا انصح بالاقامه فيه

Convenient and spotless hotel in Gyumri
Pros:

The hotel is new and modern, everything works well, it's quiet and conveniently located even though it's not in the historical center of Gyumri.

Cons:

The hotel works with the restaurants that sits in the same building. Our lunch there was rather disappointing (we were almost alone and it took us 45 minutes to get our meal) and the breakfast was just OK.

Great hotel
Pros:

We really liked this hotel. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed and pillows are comfortable and sheets are clean.The shower is great, except the water doesn't drain very quickly. The room is very quiet. Breakfast is amazing with Americano coffee or tea, eggs, fruit, bread, cheese, meats, yogurt. Air conditioning works well, we didn't use the wifi. The location is good. A 12-15 minute walk to the main square and for us, it was a pleasant walk. It is a really good value especially with the breakfast.

Mycket bra läge, rent och prydligt i hela rummet. Mycket bra service och supertrevlig personal!
Bra frukost med bra service!
Jag kan varmt rekommenderar detta hotell och ger dem 10 av 10. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka när vi besöker Gyumri igen.

Det fanns inget negativt med boendet.

Великолепный, чистый, уютный отель. Внешний вид здания шикарный и передают архитектурный стиль города. Внутри всё чисто и уютно. Завтраки шикарные. И очень дружелюбные сотрудники и в отеле и кафе. . Спасибо большое за гостеприимный приём и ещё раз спасибо, что позвонили сами и сообщили, что мы забыли в номере жилет. Люди в Гюмри чудесные и добрая энергетика в городе, обязательно вернёмся в Гюмри и остановимся снова в этом же отеле.

Выполнять уборки во время проживания гостей и исправить ситуацию со завтраками, кофе удачный, замените кофе машину. Серв

Чистота.

Cons:

За три дня никто не пришел и не вынес мусор, три дня были полные мусорки.
На завтраки из до дня в день перекладывают те же самые вафли, джемы упаковки уже грязные и старые.
