Decent apartment to be honest. Lots of space
The scammers that are running it. At every opportunity they are trying to scam you in some way and try to charge you more. Cowboys. Avoid them, there are so many other hotels in Baku, it’s really not worth the hassle to stay here. Seriously just book something else then come here

ATTENTION: c'est un réseau de FRAUDEURS et ESCROCS. A notre arrivée, personne ne répondait et on nous à fait attendre presque 2h sous une chaleur de 41°c avec 3 enfants et valises.Enfin arrivée, on nous à demander de les suivre car le logement n'est pas celui de l'annonce. Arrivée à l'appartement qui ne ressemble à aucunes photos de l'annonce Booking, canapé dégoûtant, meubles cassées, odeurs d'égout, fuite d'eau...on rentre dans l'appartement à 18h45. Un semblant de contrat qu'on ne m'a pas donné, j'ai pris une photo.On me demande de payer directement la location et le nettoyage en ESPECE UNIQUEMENT. Pas de facture...javais fait 2 reservations pour ce logement,la première de 2 jours et ensuite 8 jours.
Je n'étais pas sûr de rester car ne connaissant pas la ville,être sûr de la localisation avant de prendre 10 jours en une fois!
Voyant ma deuxième réservation,les loueurs RAMIL et ELCIN me disent que les réparations vont être faites dès le lendemain. RAMIL me dit que si j'annule ma deuxieme reservation et loue sans passer par booking, le prix serait plus intéressant car Booking leur prend une grosse commission. ENORME ERREUR, je me suis retrouvé à chercher un nouveau logement en saison haute (festival de music et concert à Baku).il m'ont dit que je pouvait rester mais en payant 1600Azn au lieu du prix de base 1152Azn. Nous sommes partis le lendemain à 13h comme prévu vers un hôtel. Par la suite,je reçois une alerte BOOKING comme si j'avais fait une NON PRÉSENTATION pour mes 2 jours de location. J'ai contacté le service client BOOKKNG pour ALERTER les voyageurs à éviter tous les appartements de PARK AZURE RESIDENCE car ce réseau gère environ 30 appartements. J'ai envoyé toutes mes preuves ainsi que la photo du contrat fait lors de mon arrivée le premier soir. Aller voir les avis google, je suis loin d'être le seul à subir cette escroquerie....

Only the Manager that helped to check in was so friendly BUT they gave completely different Apartment not the one that is on pictures.
They gave different Apartment than the one on the pictures then they lying to booking. Com saying they informed me in advance and that because I wanted to invite more please ( that is anothet lie) that's why they gave me another apartment.
It was a big apartment which was only plus.
1. I was offered an apartment with was showing at lower cost than the one I booked. Which is wrong because I paid higher amount for the better apartment.
2. When asked, he gave the apartment. It was in pathetic condition. It was a complete mess and bad as you can think.
3. Wallpapers torne off, tiles broken, flush not working, wall paint in bad condition, curtains broken, kitchen slab broken, jet leaking, and many more.
4. When I complain and after multiple follow ups, I was given another apartment, which was surely better, but missing few things such as Sea view, Dishwasher etc, but it is 1000x better than the one given earlier so I shifted there. But the promises shown on booking.com is not meeting up.

We stayed at Park Azure for the second time, and this time everything was TERRIBLE.
Accommodation: We had to change apartments within Park Azure. The first apartment we were given had a broken tap in bathroom. In addition, bed linen contained some strange, disgusting blood stains. I'll attach photos.
Communication: Park Azure representatives lie to your face and cheat with your booking to avoid paying commission in pursuit of a small profit.
Fact 1
I booked accommodation only for myself, forgetting to add my girlfriend. Azure asked for an additional fee of 80 manat ($47) to change the booking. After some negotiations, we kept the price, but this's weird because if you book accommodation through Booking, the cost of booking for 1 and 2 guests will be the same. You can easily check in the app.
Fact 2
A Park Azure representative asked me in a private message to cancel the reservation so that they could avoid paying the service fee. I refused. He continued insisting. For some reason, a one-time "no" was not enough for him. However, I refused again. And it seems that the Park Azure employee accepted my refusal. But it only seemed that way to me...
Fact 3
Park Azure cancelled my booking a week after I checked out. Despite the fact that I made it clear in WhatsApp that I did not agree with this. But for Park Azure employees, your words mean absolutely nothing.
I contacted support service about this situation. At the moment, as far as I can judge, Park Azure representatives deny my stay in the apartment when Booking contact them. I am conducting an investigation through the support service. I have WhatsApp correspondence with two Park Azure representatives from which it is obvious that I lived in the apartment. In addition, there are a number of photos and videos from the apartment.
I’ll also add screenshots from the first and second apartments, which reflect some of the problems.
I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff. It was irresponsible, disrespectful, and dishonest. I am always deeply surprised when I encounter such immature behavior from adults. They try to save a few dozen dollars, manipulate bookings, and put clients in an awkward position.
Think twice before deciding to book an apartment here.
The apartment was sooper good..Mr.Rashad was really helpful.I even extended my stay..Unfortunately couldn't get the same apartment as it was booked. But Rashad gave a much better apartment in the same building..The second apartment didn't have a frying pan.. Just one call to Rashad and he immediately arranged a new frying pan for us..Such a lovely host..There is KFC and pizza hut on the next building and Bravo supermarket just a few steps..

There was nothing to like about
The view was great. Location was amazing. Everything was working!! Visited few other apartments in Baku before. This was the first one that was matching the description. It wasn’t the cheapest one, but worth every penny.
