Cons:

Unfortunately the check in system was down, so it took ages to check in and I couldn't get the room I booked. There was also a large group of school children staying that the staff could not control at all, and who ran amok making excessive noise both till late in the evening and the early morning. There was no control. The WiFi was also down for the evening.

Everyone was very friendly and the room was neat and clean

Location was close to everything we needed. Walking distance from a mall. Breakfast was good with enough options to choose from
