they never cleaned my room in a 3 nights stay
Best value hotel room all trip!
The room was huge. Water dispenser in the hallway and kettle in the room. Breakfast was entirely too much food. They just kept bringing plates of stuff!
The door is in the back of the property, and then the reception desk is in the fourth floor. The room was ornate but musty. There was no shower, just a tub with no stopper and a hand held shower nozzle. The cafe in the first floor was the source of breakfast but didn’t seem to know we were guests. We had to go back to the reception desk and he accompanied us back to the cafe to get food. There was no one at the desk when we went to check out and no response when we rang them bell and waited.

A bit outdated decorations and bathrooms but overall okay. They have laundry service as well
Персонал общительный и доброжелательный. Два дня я жаловалась на сломанный кондиционер и они просто установили новый. В общем к персоналу почти нет претензий.
Во-первых, никаких завтраков с фуршетным столом не было. Мы два дня спускались к завтраку, и нам просто собирали какие-то остатки от других гостей - в основном сметана, творог мед. Дополнительно жарили по два яйца и сосиски с колбасой. Лепешки сухие. Сломанное печенье и какие-то остатки фруктов. С третьего дня мы перестали спускаться к завтраку. Во-вторых, при заселении в обеих комнатах были оторваны гардины, в моей комнате это не починили, в комнате моей мамы только на третий день, после постоянных просьб. У меня в комнате сломанный стул. В-третьих, постоянный запах канализации в ванной комнате. В-третьих, никакого кофе или чая. Чайник был, приборов кроме двух больших ложек не было. В-четвертых, уборку приходилось выпрашивать. Нового геля и шампуня для душа не было. Туалетную бумагу нам так и не выдали. В моей комнате так ни разу не убрались. В-пятых, сколько мы не спускались к прописанному бассейну с баней, там всегда было закрыто. В-шестых, днем в течении трех дней выключали свет на 2-3 часа. Соответственно лифт не работал. В один день когда починили свет, то лифт не работал целый день. Маме с больным коленом подниматься по несколько раз на 5 этаж было сложно. И каждый раз мы слышали, что лифт вот-вот починят. В-седьмых, они обещали бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт как компенсацию за неудобства. Но, они не помогли нам даже спустить наши вещи. А по приезду в аэропорт с нас сняли плату за такси. Как оказалось они просто словили такси на улице и отправили нас. Было очень не приятно, когда с нас сняли оплату - вот вам и бесплатный трансфер и извинения за неудобства. В целом отель вообще не соответствовал фотографиям, описанию и если бы не милое обслуживание, я бы вообще оценила на ноль.

a supermarket just 50 m from the hotel, KFC 150 m
disgusting breakfast, you get only one egg, two fried sausages and a teapot with tea without sugar, their breakfast photos on homepages are fake. You must go to a "secret room" and you will get only this. The location is very bad, out of city, and the Rudaki avenue is under construction, you must go every where on foot or by a taxi
reception clerk is most of time out of desk, but he is in this secret room or in front of the hotel and ready to help.
I did not see the swimming pool in the building, probably fake photo too.
If you change the plans and you come before the ordered time, they do not get money back
