lieu calme et apaisant
Pros:

Ce lieu a beaucoup de charme. Le jardin est plein de recoins où on peut s'isoler, ainsi qu'une terrasse collective avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Les chambres sont sobres et décorées avec soin. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, avec diversité de produits dans le cadre extraordinaire du jardin. Enfin, le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. J'ai passé 2 jours très agréables

Pros:

Chambre, terrasse privée et jardin très agréables.

Cons:

Eau de la piscine/spa fort trouble et peu engageante.
L'heure du petit déjeuner n'est pas adaptée au départ du bateau pourtant seulement à 8 am. Aucune flexibilité et proposition d'adaptation ou de compensation. Après plainte, une maigre réduction de 25% a été accordée sur l'apéro pris la veille. Réception non ouverte à 7h45 pour le check out. Il semble qu'ils ne soient pas du matin dans cet hôtel !

Pros:

the pool was amazing, its a thermal pool and the water is naturally very hot. This was not mentioned before.
the garden was beautiful and the breakfast area had a lovely view.

Cons:

the room was small, and is in need of repair , the shutter wouldn't open. The whole place could do with a look over.

La struttura molto ordinata e pulita, lo staff discreto e pronto a soddisfare qualunque richiesta
Altro punto forte la Piscina ed il servizio colazione ed il ristorante annesso alla struttura,entrambi forniti di ottimi prodotti e di alta qualità.
La Signora Giovanna sempre attenta e disponibile,lo stesso vale per Flora ragazza super attenta e precisa.
All’hotel Oasi ci si sente a casa.

Terrible management and extremely poor treatment of guests
Pros:

Good location and cute property. There was a very nice lady serving at breakfast

Cons:

The room was dirty, and the floor was so dusty that our feet turned black. The shower was uncomfortable, and the sink tap was leaking, with water dripping all the way down to the floor. We had a triple room, and the small bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through the mattress. Breakfast was limited.

However, the main issue was the complete lack of management and the way the situation was handled. We had made two separate reservations for two consecutive nights because the same room type was not available on Booking.com for both nights. We explained this upon arrival, as we knew we might have to change rooms. The receptionist told us that the room was the same, so we figured that the hotel had arranged for us to stay in the same room for both nights.

The following morning, we unexpectedly received a whatsapp message telling us that we had to move to another room. We explained that we had specifically been told at reception that we would have the same room and that we were not prepared to check out, as all our belongings were still unpacked. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding, the staff were extremely rude and blamed us, claiming that we had misunderstood because they were speaking Italian and we were speaking Spanish. Their English was also very limited.

We happened to still be at the hotel that morning only out of coincidence as we were about to leave. As a result of having to pack everything and change rooms at the last minute, we were late for our trip. Overall, the situation was handled very poorly and unprofessionally.

Pros:

Posto meraviglioso, luogo incantevole, e passare le serate in piscina a rilassarti dopo una giornata di attività non ha prezzo, il personale super gentile e disponibile, la colazione abbondante a buffet molto soddisfacente, anche se non ci sono cose tipiche siciliane.

Lovely place and Location
Pros:

Pool’s water was warm, volcanic-kind water. The manager was absolutely lovely, she made us feel at home. Location is good, not far from the portside.
Would stay again.

Cons:

My only complaint was related to the room shower. Water leaks outside the box, plus the shower head spits water due to a missing rubber. Bathroom can get messy alright.

Sve pohvale za ovaj predivan objekat! Boravak je bio savršen od početka do kraja.
Sobe su besprekorno čiste i redovno održavane.
Dvorište je izuzetno uredjeno – pravo mesto za opuštanje i uživanje u miru.
Doručak je fantastičan! Veoma ukusan, bogat i raznovrstan, sa velikim izborom za svačiji ukus.
Domaćini su divni, a ceo ambijent odiše toplinom. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti ponovo i svima toplo preporučujemo ovaj smeštaj!
