El hotel muy bonito, habitaciones amplias y bien cuidadas ! Y todo el personal (recepcionistas, meseros, housekeeping etc…) súper amables, con excelente servicio al cliente!

Villas Caracol is a hidden gem that offered us the tranquility and beauty we were seeking. The beachfront is stunning and the location is perfect for couples and families wanting to relax away from the island's noise.

The property is lush, with beautifully decorated rooms that feel private, resembling treehouses. To my delight, the staff surprised me with a birthday celebration, complete with cake, champagne, and balloons in my room. The exceptional service continued with delicious drinks from bartender Natalie at the swim-up bar.

Cleanliness was top-notch, and every meal was better than what we've had at other hotels, highlighting their focus on guest satisfaction. I especially enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing massage. Punta Moquito is beautiful, and while we didn't want to leave, the location made getting to town easy. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, just book it!

Le lieu est magnifique. L’entretien du site est parfait. Le personnel au petit soin. Un cocon où nous avons pu nous reposer, les enfants s’amuser entre piscine, plage et mer et une belle faune et flore et un très bon restaurant … …. Bref une semaine formidable ! Certainement un des meilleurs hôtel de l’île si ce n’est le meilleur ! Merci

Hôtel propre, joliment décoré, un véritable havre de paix. Des attentions tout au long du séjour, avec cocktail de bienvenue, un personnel aux petits soins tellement que ça en est presque gênant! La plage est paradisiaque, la piscine ombragée offre un calme apaisant.
Le petit plus : le cocktail offert lors du coucher du soleil!
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Absolute pearl of a property. Rustic but luxurious. So child friendly but also lovely for adults too. We had a great stay!

Hotellet låg fantastiskt fint vid stranden. Fanns solbäddar som hörde till hotellet. Fint och stort rum för fyra personer. Fin inredning. Personalen väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Det enda som var mindre bra var väntetiden i restaurangen. Vi väntade ofta väldigt länge på mat och frukost. Jag rekommenderar ändå verkligen att bo här.
