Absolutely terrible service.
Pros:

Nothing, This hotel will forever be on my blacklist and if anyone ever asks me for reviews, I will tell them I give this hotel minus 10 stars for the treatment we received.

Cons:

The hotel cancelled our booking without any prior notice and only called us to inform 30 minutes before we arrived at the hotel. We were travelling for work from KL to Tawau and were stranded for the night without any accommodations. No other hotels were available for walk-ins as there was a major event going on in Tawau on the dates we were there.. The excuse they gave us was flimsy, unacceptable and unprofessional; that they were overbooked and overlooked our reservation because our reservation did not involve any online prepayment, and that they had already given our rooms to others. What a load of crap.

personnel incapable de faire un check-in en moins de 30 minutes pour 4 chambres
il y a un ascenseur mais qui ne fonctionne pas, il a fallu monter les valises par nous-même au 2e étage
une seule serviette fournie pour deux personnes
draps très probablement pas lavés (poils trouves sous la couette) et oreillers tachés

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE HOTEL IN TAWAU TOWN
Pros:

OWNER HOTEL (MAN) CAME TO SEE US OUTSIDE AND SAY SORRY FOR WHAT HAPPEN.

Cons:

1)POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (LADY I BELIEVE AUNTY TO THE OWNER HOTEL).
2)SAFETY ON ELEVATOR LIFT. I DONT SEE ANY JKKP CERTIFICATE INSIDE THE LIFT.
3)UPON CHECKING IN,OUR ROOM GET CHANGED BY HOTEL WITH EXTRA CHARGE EVEN WE ALREADY PUT CREDIT CARD TO SECURE ROOM.
4)NO WATER HEATER INSIDE ROOM. INCONVENIENCE FOR FAMILY WITH BABY.

WILL BRING THIS MATTER FOR FURTHER ACTION.

Good basic ans spacious hotel.
Pros:

Good basic hotel, No coffee/tea facilities in room, or PowerPoints in bathroom. Extremely clean and spacious. Do offer a very good airport transfer (was cheaper than Grab).

Cons:

No Coffee / Tea facilities in room. Bathroom in our room flooded when you took a shower.
