Pros:

Очень довольна отелем, Были в октябре. Очень хорошее расположение отеля - 200 метров от пляжа, от автобусной остановки и от исторического центра. Персонал очень отзывчивый и на ресепшен, и в ресторане. Завтрак с 6,30 до 10, в выходные с 7. В ресторане достаточный выбор блюд плюс по заказу готовят омлет (с сыром, помидорами, грибами, луком - видов 10, можно и сочетать) и яичницу. Очень сладкие гранаты, интересное сочетание йогурта с мюслями и гранатом, медовые соты, Есть заварники на 2 и 4 кружки- можно смешивать сорта чая и просто это удобно, .Отель современный. Лифт очень быстрый, работает по ключ-карте от номера. Свет в номере на сенсорной панели. Вместительный сейф расположен горизонтально в ящичке, не надо наклоняться, Полотенца меняют каждый день, в день, когда поменяли постель поменяли и тапочки. Пляжные полотенца выдают в х/бешных сумочках с логотипом отеля, меняешь сам, можно тоже ежедневно, полотенца большие, во весь лежак. Места в номере не много, но по уму - все разместилось без проблем, вешалок хватает. Воду питьевую, чай ,кофе каждый день добавляют. Кондиционер не шумный.

Cons:

Маленький балкон, но для городского отеля это не важно, для сушки вещей хватает. Бассейн тоже маленький (на бассейне написано, что он 1.10м глубиной и рассчитан на 6 человек).

Great location but not value for money
Pros:

The location is good the breakfast was good most of the staff where good

Cons:

We stayed in the second floor it was very noisy from outside when we asked to change room the staff said there is no rooms available, under the room was al the night delivery guys on their motorbikes laughing and screaming and shouting and fighting all the night, i opened the window and asked them twice to be calm but that didn't helped, we couldn’t sleep i had to go down and argue whith them and almost fight them until they became abit more calm, three nights without sleeping.
Our room smelled bad, we couldn’t do much because at the desk they kept telling us that there is no rooms available and they are fully booked, but the lady at the desk was very kind and she really tried to help and offered us a-voucher-for beverages( we didnt used),

Im Summe ein schöner Urlaub mit paar kleinen Mankos, die jedoch auch zu pbersehen sind.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Man ist gleich im geschehen und man hat alles gleich um sich herum. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer (also 2 Räume) und wir waren zufrieden mit dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Man merkt, dass sich das Personal mühe gibt, jedoch muss ich sagen eine junge blonde Dame an der Rezeption war 2-3 mal beim Betreten des Hotels einfach auf Abwesend bzw. Spielte mit ihrem Handy herum und als ich sie höflichst fragte ( Freitag 4.sept ca 16:00) ob es vl vor dem Hotel einen Parkplatz für 2h gäbe um ein Mietauto kurz hinzustellen, wurde ich nicht so freundlich abgewiesen und es wurde gesagt, dass es in der Nähe kostenpflichtige Parkplätze gäbe. Man hätte es doch etwas freundlicher formulieren können, da auch mein Sohn anwesend war und sogar er bemerkte das. Keine einzige Steckdose im Badezimmer?! Beim Frühstück gaben sich alle richtig Mühe, nur für mich als Moslem war zu wenig Salami oder Fleisch am Buffet, da hätte es ruhig mehr geben können….
