היחס של הצוות היה מדהים. גם בקבלה וגם בחדר האכול קיבלנו יחס אישי ומאור פנים. התעוררו לנו קשיים אישיים, והצוות עשה הכל כדי לפתור את הבעיות בצורה הכי מהירה ונוחה.
החדרים מודרניים ויפים ממש, לפחות בחדרים שאנחנו שהינו.

שאני חברת מועדון,שלמתי מחיר מלא מעל הנדרש בעיס למלונות שהיו פנויים בין התאריכים 6/10 ועד 7/10 הייתי לילה אחד עם ארוחת בוקר,וזה לא בסדר,לא קבלתי 10% הנחה כחברת מועדון,בכל פעם שאני בירושלים אני מתארחת קבועה במלון קיסר.ואפילו שוב סגרתי חדר לחודש דצמבר השנה,פקיד הקבלה מוריד היה ממש אדיב ומנומס ונותן ממש יחס טוב לאורחים יישר כח,ולמרות זאת עדיין מהגינות מבקש זיכוי של 10% על הלילה אחד ששהיתי אצלכם טשלמתי 1299 שח ובתשלום אחד לאחד אפשרות לפרטס למס תשלומים וחבל שכך.בכל אופן תודה
