Pros:

The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help.At breakfast they didn't have almond milk and sent inmediatly someone to buy . Great variety of food. The service was excellent, and the location was great — very convenient and close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

To improve the service it will be nice to have slippers in the room.

Comfortable stay in great location
Pros:

Great location, at a light rail stop and 1 stop away from the main train station. The hotel reopened the day we arrived (towards the end of April) and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Extensive buffet breakfast selection and comfortable room. We did an early tour the one day and the staff packed a breakfast box for us as we were missing breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

היה מעולה, מהנה וכיף.
Pros:

השירות היה מצויין ואדיב,
החדר היה נקי ומאוורר יפה ונוח ומאובזר כמו שצריך,
ועם הפתעות קטנות.
החדר אוכל היה מצוין, האוכל היה טעים טרי וחם ומגוון ובשפע,
החניה מסודרת ונוחה כמו שצריך .
מיקום נוח ומרכזי ליד הרכבת הקלה ושוק מחנה יהודה.
אנחנו נהנינו מאוד ובטח שנחזור שוב !

Really helpful and friendly hotel in excellent location
Pros:

My wife and I found the staff exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location was also perfect within close walking distance to the train and bus station and opposite a light rail stop. Also very close to central Jerusalem and walking distance to the old city.

הספא והבריכה לא היו פעילים למרות שזה רשום בתיאור של מתקני המלון. כשהגענו קיבלנו חדר ללא אמבטיה. ביקשנו והעבירו אותנו לחדר עם אמבטיה ללא פקק .הם סירבו לתת לנו בטענה שאלו ההוראות עכשיו... כן כן גם אנחנו היינו בשוק... איפה נשמע כזה דבר. היה מביש.

כשהגענו המזגנים במלון לא עבדו כי היו בתהליך של מעבר מחום לקור, תהליך שלוקח יום. תחילה התרכזבנו מהמצב אבל
שורה תחתונה המקום לקח אחריות על התקלה, משהו שמאוד ראוי לציון והתרשמנו לטובה - שהלקוח חשוב להם. לא מובן מאליו ועל זה הציון הגבוה.

Pros:

Every thing - the staff were very friendly and gave a good service,
The rooms (all the 3 rooms I booked) were big, very clean with comfortable beds.
The location is superb- right on the train station- just across the road.
Very good breakfast with large verity of food and… a guitar player who played during breakfast.
