חוויה מאוד מאכזבת, במיוחד ביחס למחיר הגבוה של המלון. החדרים די בסיסיים, קטנים ולא נותנים תחושה שהתמורה מצדיקה את המחיר.

עבור שומרי שבת וכשרות חשוב מאוד לדעת מראש שהמלון לא מאפשר להכניס אוכל או שתייה חיצוניים לאזור הבריכה. כלומר, מי שאוכל רק כשר למעשה לא יכול לשבת ליד הבריכה עם אוכל או שתייה שהביא בעצמו.

בשבת נתקלנו בבעיה משמעותית יותר. לא היה מקום בסעודות בבית חב״ד ולכן הזמנו אוכל מקייטרינג כשר. ביקשנו מהמלון מקום כלשהו שבו נוכל לשבת ולאכול את סעודת השבת, אך הם לא הסכימו לאפשר זאת בשום שטח ציבורי במלון. האפשרויות היחידות שהציעו לנו היו המסעדה של המלון או החדרים. המסעדה כמובן אינה רלוונטית עבור שומרי כשרות, והחדרים קטנים ולא מתאימים לישיבה ולאכילה משותפת.

ניסינו להסביר את המצב ולבקש מעט גמישות, אבל לצערנו נתקלנו ביחס נוקשה מאוד וללא שום ניסיון אמיתי למצוא פתרון. בסופו של דבר נאלצנו לעזוב את המלון לפני שבת ולעבור למלון אחר, וגם לאחר מכן סירבו להחזיר לנו את התשלום עבור הלילות שלא נשארנו.

דבר נוסף שהפריע לנו הוא ההתנהלות באזור הבריכה. העובדים מבקשים שוב ושוב מהאורחים לדבר בשקט ומעירים על רעש, בזמן שבמלון עצמו פועל מועדון שממנו נשמעת מוזיקה חזקה. קשה להבין את ההיגיון בדרישה מהאורחים לשמור על שקט כאשר מקור משמעותי לרעש מגיע מהמועדון של המלון עצמו.

בסך הכול הרגשנו שהמלון מאוד נוקשה בחוקים שלו ופחות מתעניין בנוחות ובצרכים של האורחים. במחיר הזה ציפינו לרמת חדרים, שירות ויחס גבוהים בהרבה.

לשומרי שבת וכשרות בפרט, כדאי לדעת את כל הדברים האלה לפני שמזמינים. אנחנו לא נחזור למלון הזה

חשוב לציין שיש חניה למלון וזה פלוס רציני!
מנהלת הקבלה קיבלה אותנו בחיוך ואף באה לקראתנו בקבלת חדר בשעה מוקדמת יותר. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאוד.

הבריכה לא מתוחזקת היטב
מיטות השיזוף שבורות ולכן לוקח זמן ואנרגיה לארגן מיטה לשבת עליה.
