Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was wonderful and the rooms were just like the pictures. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. There were 5 adults in our group and we all loved it and agreed that we would stay there again.

מיקום מעולה, ממש ליד תחנה של הרכבת הקלה. צוות הכי נחמד ושירותי שפגשתי בארץ. אוכל טעים ונקיון ברמה טובה מאוד.

Cons:

החסרון היחיד בשבילי היה שאין נוף מהחדרים כי המלון ממוקם בין בנייני מגורים.

We had a wonderful stay. The service, food, and location were excellent. We had a small issue with our room, but it was addressed immediately and resolved thoroughly by the staff. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. We greatly appreciated the quick response and care.
