Convenience of location. Spacious apartment. Lovely and clean. The locally sauced crumpets etc.Where a nice touch

Cons:

The fact that you have to pay for parking. .For the cost of 2 night stay.i would have expected gowns and slippers as standard..Little things such as no tissues.

Top class accommodation with top class staff.
Pros:

The accommodation was first class. Spotlessly clean, excellent facilities and some nice free extras provided like shower gel and shampoo and crumpets, butter and jam as well as bottled water. Beds were super comfy with top class bedding, towels were so soft and again top class.
Staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. We used the restaurant and the meal was excellent 👌 😋. We were so impressed we will visit again as we loved it.

Cons:

Prefer a walk in showers, but that's just personal.

Exceptional stay!
Pros:

Everything! All the staff were friendly. The apartment was beautiful, bed comfortable. Our fish dish in the restaurant was excellent.
Space at breakfast was created for us to accommodate a disabled family member to visit and make her visit comfortable and accessible.
Thank you.

Cons:

Late night bottle disposals and early 4.30am collection locally.

Pros:

It was a nice combination of a hotel environment and the space of an independent apartment. The restaurant food at Penny Blue was really nice and the service was perfect.

Cons:

I thought that the reception area was a little dark. We were glad of the lift but it was a bit confusing to operate.

Staff are incredibly helpful, apartment was lovely, great size and comfortable.
Pros:

We didn't book breakfast but they had left fruit, crumpets with butter and jam, which was more than ample. We also had fresh milk for tea and coffee.

The apartment was lovely, great size, clean and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommend.

Location was good. Pretty clean

Cons:

Dk if it was a fan but something in the bathroom was loud. Front desk asked if I needed help with my luggage (2 carry ons, 1 small backpack). Said that would be great. Then she rolled it 6 feet from front desk. Had to hold elevator door open and drag luggage in then carry them down 5 steps once I got onto my floor
