Pros:

Location was good. Pretty clean

Cons:

Dk if it was a fan but something in the bathroom was loud. Front desk asked if I needed help with my luggage (2 carry ons, 1 small backpack). Said that would be great. Then she rolled it 6 feet from front desk. Had to hold elevator door open and drag luggage in then carry them down 5 steps once I got onto my floor

Fantastic appartment
Pros:

Upgraded apartment on arrival which was fantastic. Apartment so large, great space, very comfortable with everything you could need. Lovely touch of milk and crumpets on arrival with jam and butter. Fantastic.

Cons:

Bed was a bit firmer than we are used to but you cant please everyone.

Lovely Hotel & Rooms
Pros:

The staff were friendly throughout our stay from entering the building to leaving. The rooms were clean & tidy for us arriving with everything we needed. We like the added touches of complimentary items in the kitchen. The location was also great for the city centre shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Being based in the city centre did have a downside on the weekend nights, with rather loud music from nearby clubs playing well into the night and early hours. Parking is also quite expensive in the area, but is a price to be expected for a busy city centre.

Well worth the price for a perfect stay!
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay. We asked at reception why the hotel is not 5 star and it’s because there is no spa. But it deserves 5 star. Location was fab and the apartments are spacious with everything you need.

Cons:

Nothing. All was perfect!

start of our walk on hadrians Wall
Pros:

clean, dinner was good. The hotel was more than adequate for our use.
We were happy with the facility. Staff pleasant. Location near the station
We had a delightful dinner, and the hotel exceeded our expectations.
The facility was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus, the convenient location near the station made our stay even better.( all good)

Pros:

Well kept hotel in a great location. Always a pleasure to stay here. Short walk to lots of restaurants and the train station. Best option in Carlisle.

Cons:

No parking. The public car park is close by though.

Wonderful relaxing experience
Pros:

Central location. The architecture. The decor. The room was gorgeously understated and tasteful.
Water and milk in the fridge is a lovely touch as was the coffee machine, which we made full use of.
The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Great place to stay all round fab.
Pros:

Fabulous room/apartment. Great security as a lone female guest. Superb toiletries provided and bonus tea/coffee facilities with wide range choice and delicious crumpets with butter, jam provided at no extra cost. Great place to stay and right in town for restaurants, night out. Lovely staff.
