Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda respecto a la calidad de las camas y el espacio, muy buena aislación del ruido lo que permite un excelente descanso. Muy bien bien ubicado el hotel para personas que viajan por temas de trabajo.

Un placer!! Lo voveremos a elegir mil veces.
Pros:

Nos encanto el desayuno, una variedad de opciones y la ubicacion de hotel tenes cerca todo lo mejor de Punta Arena. Excelente comoda y acogedora la cama.

Cons:

Jajajaja, de las veces que fuimos al hotel, nunca pudimos conectar el directv del TV. Imposible!!! Pero creo que fuimos nosotros. Quedara pendiente para la proxima!

Hotel venido a menos
Pros:

Calefacción y material de construcción.

Cons:

El desayuno tiene una pocas opciones y los alimentos se acaban mucho antes del horario de termino.
Nuestra habitación tenía los muros rayados, el enchufe se salía y el agua del wc corría sin parar.
Cuando limpiaban no siempre se preocupaban de reponer el jabón o el papel higiénico.
El ascensor es muy antiguo, la puerta se cierra al instante, sin detector y provoca accidentes.

It was fine, met our needs for one night.
Pros:

Close to downtown. Great shower and quiet. Nice basic breakfast. Very pretty breakfast hall.

Cons:

Like many places in the area, they crank up the heat far too hot. The front staff was not exactly welcoming. It’s an old building so set your expectations accordingly.
