Le réceptionniste très souriant et gentil , j'ai bien aimer la wifi a la tv et le lit confortable
En descendant a la réception le plafond est bas et le robinet étais mal fixer de la salle de bains .

The room was tiny.
The bathroom was very narrow and not the cleanest.
There was an old T-shirt between the closet and the table. I assume previous guests left it.
The location is very good. The room is cleaned, and the staff receptionist young man was very nice and helpful. But the room was a bit dark, and not what I was expecting, But considering the fact that it is right at the town center, it helps with a lot to see.
I did not like the staircase, it was hard to get the luggage above, but the young receptionist helped for that. I dont like the fact that they dont serve breakfast, but there is a lot of breakfast restorants around.

Le personnel a été agréable et arrangeant sur le moyen de paiement.
La propreté laisse clairement à désirer, entre la mauvaise odeur (égout) dans la chambre et les draps ne nous ont pas paru très propres.
We arrived very late at night, we were given the possibility to do a self check-in and also to extend the the checkout time.
Thanks to the owner's flexibility and kindness, our quick stop in Tirana has been much less stressful that it would have been otherwise. The facility was clean and beds were comfortable.
The only downside is the glass door of the bathroom that lets a lot of light through coming from the electric mirror/heater.
camera totalmente diversa dalle foto,piena di polvere e capelli per terra,la tv non dava nessun segnale e la luce dello specchio del bagno non era funzionante,oltre tutto avevamo la finestra che dava sulla scala quindi non entrava luce naturale e chiunque passasse poteva vederci se non c’era la tenda chiusa.fortunatamente la posizione era ottima
