The staff went above and beyond. Our great thanks and gratitude to Gül, Esra, Irem, and chef Eyüp!
Pros:

The property is stunning, and allows you to feel luxurious while transporting you through time. The museum exhibits were made available to us after dinner, and Gül volunteered to show me some of the exhibits using Google Translate. The food was exceptional. I wish we could have stayed more than the one night.

Cons:

It was an exceptional experience. The only down side was the cost. We are Canadian, and it was extremely expensive for us. That said, no regrets as it was a once in a lifetime experience.

A magnificent caravansary
Pros:

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Modern facilities in an ancient and beautifully restored historical building. I loved the ambience. Care has been taken even of the minutest details. I highly recommend this place.

除了熱水問題以外，其他都是完美的
Pros:

能住在這裡真是棒，每一處都是美的沒話說，飯店接待專業又很熱情，晚餐和早餐也是視覺和美味兼具，房間設備很科技（電子玻璃很酷）！

Cons:

晚上遇到沒有熱水問題，處理蠻久的時間，後來實在等不下去，只好洗冷水澡，老婆還沒洗澡，熱水直到早上才有，可惜了這次的整理感受！

Eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung
Pros:

Wir haben auf der Durchreise nach Kappadokien in diesen Hotel übernachtet. Es war ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Ob drinnen oder draussen; die Anlage ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und verfügen über ein kleines privates Hammam. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war das sehr leckere authentische Abendessen und das grosszügige türkische Frühstück. Gül, welche uns während unserem Aufenthalt begleitet hat, war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel wärmstens.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren uns etwas zu hart und es wäre angenehm gewesen, wenn wir unser Zimmer etwas kühlen hätten können.

A unique experience that was so over the top and great value
Pros:

Great mix of old and new!
The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm
Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

Experience Silk Road atmosphere in modern comfort
Pros:

Newly opened rebuild historic 13th century caravanserai parts as museum and parts as hotel. Great care has been taken to create historic atmosphere of Selçuk times, the hotel rooms feel historic but are at the same time equipped with luxurious modern comforts. Excellent young service staff pampers the guests and are also very knowledgeable answering all questions you might have about the place, past and present.
