Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber und die Lage sehr gut, aber das wars auch schon.

Cons:

Das Personal sehr eingenommen, keine Gemütlichkeit im ganzen Haus. Egal was man möchte es ist überteuert. 32 euro fürs Frühstücksbuffet ist überteuert und überhaupt nicht wert. Die Mitarbeiter der Bar in der Lobby faul und reden kur miteinander. Wir haben über 2 Stunden in der Lobby verweilt, aber nie kam eine Bedienung und fragte nach Getränke, immer mussten wir uns bemerkbar machen. Das Zimmer ist okay, aber es gibt deutlich bessere Marriotts.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers ,ruime en mooie kamer, zeer hygiënisch, gezellige bar, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt, centraal gelegen en toch heel rustig. Absolute aanrader!

Exceptional stay, but breakfast is unsuitable for anyone with food allergies.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, the location, room and staff. We stayed over New Year and arrived later than expected due to a complete shut down of the Channel Tunnel and having to take another route, but upon arrival we were quickly and efficiently allocated our room despite it being late. The room was spacious, quiet and clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and everything was right on the doorstep. Hotel underground parking was easy, but recommend reserving your parking space in advance as there are not many spaces available.

Cons:

The allergy provision at breakfast was very disappointing. Before my visit, I had already informed the hotel of my dietary requirements, yet nothing appropriate had been bought in. Fortunately, I had brought my own allergen‑free bread, cereal, milk, and other essentials, as all of the hot food was cooked in butter and the limited gluten‑free options contained additional allergens and were being taken by guests who were not coeliac. By the second morning, even these items were no longer available for anyone who required gluten‑free food. There was also no separate gluten‑free toaster.
During a visit to the Albert Heijn around the corner, I easily found everything I needed for a suitable breakfast, so it would have been simple for the hotel to source these products to accommodate my dietary requirements. Having prepaid for breakfast, I was frustrated to discover that the only item readily available for me to eat was fruit, although the chef did kindly fry some eggs for me on request. It was clear that no effort had been made to provide appropriate alternatives for my diet during my four‑night stay.
However, the serving staff went out of their way to find anything I could eat from the kitchen, both when I ate in the bar and at breakfast, and their efforts were greatly appreciated.

Pros:

Une situation en plein centre-ville. Une architecture odacieuse. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont superbes et modernes. Très bien insonorisées. Petit déjeuner dans une partie historique rénové.

Cons:

Réglage du chauffage à revoir. C'est un peu juste et le réglage se met en reset quand on. quitte la chambre. Le prix du parking est exorbitant 50 € alors qu'un parking public 25€ se trouve pas très loin de l'établissement. C'est abusé !
