Please note that the entrance to the underground parking is located on Drabstraat. Guests traveling by car are recommended to use the street name 'Drabstraat 37, Gent'. It is advised to use Google Maps or the Waze app instead of the onboard GPS. A Low Emission Zone is in place in the city center of Gent.

Parfait séjour dans un cadre magnifique et un hôtel absolument parfait

Tout était parfait.
Accueil irréprochable, souriant, anglais, voire français.
Ecoute et compréhension. Recommandation, explication. Même le barman !

Cadre incroyable, bien placé, avec 2 entrées et un parking. Et le hall est superbe.

Chambre magnifique et lit très confort, silence, douceur, lumière, vue superbe, aménagement top, salle de bain parfaite.
Petit dej parfait et complet, lieu de dîner super.

On y reviendra pour notre prochain séjour à Gand

Même pas d'axe d'amélioration.
Pour monter encore un peu plus en gamme, rajouter un cocktail de bienvenue ? C'est vraiment pour trouver une idée.

Отличный отель с выходом на канал, откуда можно покататься на корабликах! Номер очень красивый и укомплектован всем необходимым для комфортного проживания! Завтраки обильные и хорошим выбором блюд. Замечательные официанты, которые с одного раза запомнили наши предпочтения и сами приносили их! Спасибо большое, обязательно порекомендуем ваш отель

The location is amazing, the bed is comfortable and the food in the hotel, at least the room service was good

Cons:

Upon check in the toilet was not clean, it had red and brown specs, the people at reception had no clue what they were doing (at least the two that were checking me in, the other were very nice). The cleaning staff kept changing the room temperature in my room constantly and taking out the card that i intentionally left in to charge my laptop because i was there for a congress and needed it. During check out they said that i need to pay extra 209€ after i paid for the whole stay at check in and left a 200€ deposit for “safety and damages”???? I mean completely unreasonable!!! Not a good look on Meriott and degrades the whole experience for the people and the city. Still waiting for my deposit to be returned!
