Geslaagd weekend in Gent.
Pros:

Mooie, ruime kamers pal in het centrum van Gent. Je stapt buiten het hotel op een van de mooiste plaatsen van de stad.
Vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam.
Groot bed, goeie matras en hoofdkussens.
Badkamer netjes, altijd warm water, goeie douche.
Er is op de gang een waterfontein waar je een karaf kunt bijvullen. Thee en koffie faciliteiten. Een kleine frigo voorhanden.
Mooie receptie en bar, waar je ook kleine snacks kunt krijgen.

Cons:

We hadden een kamer met bad gevraagd maar kregen een douche.
Op vrijdagavond was er een feest aan de gang, beetje rumoerig in de bar. Toen begonnen ze ook nog op te ruimen en stofzuigen terwijl de hotelgasten daar aanwezig waren. Niet zo gezellig.

Cons:

Breakfast. We paid €64 for the two of us, yet the hot food was cold, or empty. We order coffee twice and it did not arrive. The yoghurt machine stood empty for a while. The juice was also empty for far too long.
