Pros:

We spent 11 nights here. The receptionists and cleaning staff are very helpful and kind. Clean, comfortable bed. The price is appropriate. Restaurants are nearby, and there is a small shop opposite the hotel. The beach is about an 8–10 minute taxi ride away, which is very cheap!
Air-conditioned room equipped with a TV.
I highly recommend it, and if I return with my son, we will definitely stay here.

كانت تجربتي في الفندق جيدة جداً وأنا راضٍ تماماً عن مستوى الراحة والخدمة. النظافة كانت ممتازة جداً وهو أمر يحسب للفندق، والغرفة كانت نظيفة ومرتبة ولها إطلالة رائعة. طاقم العمل متعاون وخدمات الفندق متميزة.

Cons:

الملاحظة الوحيدة هي عدم توفر سجادة للصلاة في الغرفة. أوصي إدارة الفندق بوضع سجادة صلاة في الغرف لتسهيل الأمر على الضيوف، وسيكون ذلك إضافة قيمة جداً لإقامة أصلًا ممتازة.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Besonders positiv ist uns die absolute Sauberkeit aufgefallen – die Putzfrauen sind gefühlt non-stop im Einsatz, es gibt jeden Tag frische Handtücher, und an Sauberkeit mangelt es hier wirklich an nichts. Auch das Personal war sehr gut und freundlich.

Unprofessional reception

I am submitting a bad review because of the low professionalism of the reception staff. When I arrived the reception person was telling me that I should have picked up the phone (I was mid-flight and landed in a no roaming country) because they were going to give the room to someone else. Isn't this exactly what the booking is for - so you don't have to wonder whether you have a booking. Do not recommend a place where they treat your booking capriciously.

La chambre est très agréable, propre, un lit confortable, une grande SDB et une terrasse.

L'homme qui était à l'accueil. Je l'ai trouvé très lunatique, un coup +/- sympathique, puis désagréable, même jusqu'à se fâcher
quand je lui ai posé des questions sur des lieux. Apparemment il ne travaille dans cet hôtel que depuis un mois et ne connait pas encore grand chose. Et deuxièmement, et c'est la première fois que cela m'arrive alors que je suis au Maroc depuis un peu plus d'un mois, le paiement via booking n'aurait pas été effectué. Et j'ai dû repayer la chambre. Je suppose que cela peut arriver et je verrai dans un mois car j'ai payé avec visa.
