Pros:

Very bad experience

Cons:

Rejected booking as we didn’t paid in advance for pay at property booking. Very bad experience for planned trips.
Did not recommend as they can cancel booking anytime. Worst experience as I was travelling with family and kids

Cons:

Booked Delux queen beds but got 2 separate single beds in 1 room. Pre booked and asked for rooms to be in 1st floor for confirmation from staffs and then got 2nd floor rooms. Informed the staffs it is going to be a late check out once we arrived but they asked to check out on time forgetting that we asked for a late check out. Called for reservations and kept going back in circle with the bott on the phone.

Cons:

AC remote was not functioning properly. Had discussed with reception thrice. But they just adjusted the battery and gave me back. Again it became non functional
