Pros:

A hospitalidade, educação e respeito do responsável. Sempre solicito! A localização é muito boa.

Cons:

Não gostei, porque o chuveiro no início era apenas uma ducha fria, o que é bastante comum, mas eu não sabia e não havia está informação na explicação das acomodações. Depois conseguimos mudar para um quarto bom chuveiro, aí melhorou muito a nossa experiência.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here. Yes it is a budget accommodation but I saved so much money compared to all the other places that were so expensive. I only needed a place to get a few hours sleep after arriving from out of the country. The owner was amazing. He arranged for very inexpensive transport from the airport to the hotel. I don't think I've ever had a place go out of their way to help me like the owner did. And even after I left I was told if there was anything they could help me with just to contact them. The air conditioning worked great, the Wi-Fi worked great, and the shower was a little on the cool side but overall I had a very enjoyable stay and if I come back to El Salvador for a visit in the future I will stay here again. If you don't like basic accommodations then go stay in a $100 a night hotel. But if you appreciate value and saving your hard-earned dollars then you won't go wrong staying here.

Cons:

I can't really complain other than the shower could have been a little bit warmer but it was still totally usable.

A solid budget hotel that does what it says on the tin
Pros:

San Salvador is an expensive city so this budget hotel really helps stretch out the coins in one's wallet.

It is simple, the rooms basic, but you certainly get what you pay for.

You can hardly complain if you're paying a fraction of the price of a regular San Salvador hotel.

The manager is also a friendly and attentive gentleman that made himself indispensable during my stay. Gracias Edgar!

It's budget hotel so it's obviously not like staying at The Ritz

Excelente ubicación, maravillosa atención.
Pros:

Solo me gustó la ubicación y seguridad del alojamiento, aunado a la atención del host

Cons:

La habitación estaba supremamente descuidada, las sábanas y conforter manchadas, sucias, las camas con ácaros que no dejaban dormir y el baño con mucho olor a humedad y la cortina del mismo con olor feo

Una mala experiencia aún sin llegar.
Pros:

En el aeropuerto nos indicaron que el hotel tenía una alerta, por lo cual nos comunicamos con el. Hotel y fueron realmente groseros, solo se pusieron bravos, por lo que decidimos cancelar.

Cons:

La atención del personal es mala, la zona es fea y tienen una alerta en el aeropuerto.

Good stay
Pros:

Do not expect a fancy room, this is a simple, basic stay but everything was comfortable, from the bed to the washroom to the air conditioning. The location is very central, with many plazas just steps away.

My favorite part of the stay was the hospitality I received from Edgar. No matter how much I say about him, it still wouldn’t be enough. He coordinated with me even before I landed, arranged my airport taxi seamlessly, and stayed in touch with me throughout my stay via WhatsApp. Since I don’t speak Spanish, having him available whenever I needed help made a huge difference.

Sometimes it’s not a luxurious stay that makes an experience memorable, it’s the hospitality that truly sets it apart.
