Quarto limpo, confortável e bastante silencioso.
O atendimento do Edgar, desde o primeiro ao último contato, foi fantástico. Bastante atencioso e com dicas muito interessantes.

Pros:

What's upで連絡が取りやすい。

Cons:

窓が全然無い。
施設がボロく、特にシャワールームに穴がある。
ゴキブリが複数回出た。
足拭きマットが汚い。雑巾のような色。
廊下が暗い。
スタッフ出てこないが、連絡は取りやすい。
水シャワー。温水シャワーを希望する場合は事前に申請が必要とのことだが、そのような事は書いてない。

Zeer aardige eigenaar, fijne keuken en schone accommodatie. We hadden alleen een raam naar de keuken (niet naar buiten): daar moet je tegen kunnen.

Pros:

The owner was really friendly and helpful. Small dining area to have breakfast. Nice area with bars close by.

Cons:

The room has no external windows and is stuffy and airless with a musty smell. The fans in the room are noisy and don't allow the best nights sleep. The bedding and towels could do with an update.

Cons:

The room feels like an extension built inside a garage, with a metal door that opens directly onto the street. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Both the room and bathroom were not very clean, with dirt, dust, and hair on the floor. Although the shower was electric, the water was only cold, and the drain was clogged, causing the water not to flow properly.

Pros:

Atención al cliente maravillosa!
La ubicación zona segura y muy buena.
Las camas cómodas, lugar limpio , aire acondicionado en buen estado, baño limpio con lo básico
Realmente me maravilla encontrar este lugar con precios cómodos y buen trato cerca de todo.
Incluso se tomó la delicadeza de darnos un mapa y recomendaciones con las direcciones en maps recomiendo mucho este lugar. Y a su personal.

Cons:

Creo que lo único que podria mejorar es la "estética" ropa de cama del mismo color por ejemplo.

Que feo que solo por llamar de otro número de celular te cancelen la reserva,

Cons:

Que se me descargo el teléfono llame de mi otro celular y solo por eso me cancelaron la reserva me tocó buscar otro lugar para dormir

Pros:

Tem uma cozinha equipada disponível para os hóspedes. Localização com comércio próximo, inclusive um Super Selecto.

Cons:

Recebi um quarto que era espaçoso, mas fica ao lado da rua, meio adaptado com um sumidouro de esgoto dentro e uma porta (trancada) que dá acesso direto a rua. Apesar disso, não tive problemas.
