Torniamo qui ogni anno perché ci piace tutto il pacchetto che offre L hotel: personale gentile, ristorante ottimo, piscina riscaldata e sauna, cioccolata calda a merenda, shuttle bus alle piste, etc, colazione a buffet e l’attenzione dei ragazzi del ristorante

In passato Lo shuttle bus ti aspettava ai piedi delle piste quando finivi di sciare, ora lo devi chiamare
Non corrisponde ai livelli di un 4 stelle: in camera manca un tavolo per lavorare, solo c’è un tavolino basso scomodo, la doccia non funzionava bene, sotto il letto abbiamo incontrato cose dimenticate da altri ospiti, nella sala raclette il nostro tavolo era al lato del motore del camino e ci ha infastiditi per tutta la cena invece di essere una cena tranquilla, il ristorante è un po’ caro seppur buono, prezzi altissimi se vieni nel weekend che secondo me non corrispondono al livello dell’hotel

Our stay was pleasant, and the staff more than made up for the hotel's outdated decor and equipment.
Pros:

The staff was very professional, friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of quality products. The rooms were cleaned properly and warm, and the beds were comfortable. The aprés-ski treats at the lounge area were also very pleasant and a nice touch. The 4-star rating is fair considering the location and the good staff.

Cons:

The hotel would greatly benefit from some renovations; the rooms feel a bit outdated, nothing is broken or not working, but they still feel old and outdated. At one point during the last night, water started pouring from our bathroom ceiling, but the staff was readily available to fix the issue and even offer a new room, but as it was our last night and the water stopped, we ended up declining the offer. However, the hotel no longer feels like a 4-star hotel in terms of decor and equipment.

Hôtel de qualité avec un très bon accueil et de beaux lieux pour se détendre.
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le repas du premier soir. Très cher pour un seul plat bien mediocre. Ça baignait dans l'huile.
Nous n'y avons plu mangé, d'ailleurs sur les conseils d'autres résidents qui nous ont dit d'éviter le restaurant de l'hôtel car pas bon et très cher.

Great stay and will definitely be back next year!
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable (maybe a little too warm) and bathrooms clean and spacious.
Beds were made daily, towels changed as desired.
Great breakfast with lots of variety including freshly cooked to order eggs.
The bar area was very spacious, and cozy with a fire burning along with lots of comfortable sofa’s easily seating our party of 7.
Spa area was a lovely bonus that could be enjoyed at the end of the day without the restriction of time slots or booking.
Hotel was a very short walk away from the chairlift but a shuttle was offered if you wanted to use it.

Cons:

Only that the rooms were a bit warm even without the radiator on. But really no big deal.

Our stay was great. Reception was very helpful and friendly, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the beds were great. The food in the hotel restaurant was also great - both the breakfast and the dinner menu.

Cons:

The pool facilities looked a little neglected in terms of cleanliness; wet floors all around and no towels. The temperature in the entire hotel was quite high. In our room, we just kept the window open and the heating off for our entire stay of 6 nights in February/March.
