The hotel is a perfect choice for connecting flights which need a sleep over. Rooms are clean, breakfast is typical English buffet with enough variety for everyone's taste.
The receptionist was lovely giving us advice how to spend the full day we had before the late evening flight, so we went to Cambridge enjoying our time there.
We didn't have breakfast.
We had booked rooms to suit our family needs and agreed with them that we would be checking in later in the evening due to a late flight. They had reallocated our rooms. We were told it was because we were the last checking in and other people needed those rooms. All of this meant I was separated from my 6 year old son.
I went to have a shower and the bathroom still had the dirty towel in the shower from the person who stayed there before and no fresh towels put in. When I brought this up I was told to scan a code and email the company with my issue. They didn't really care. No one offered us clean towels.
Just a lack of quality. I understand we booked a budget price hotel but it should still be clean and they should stick to the agreements they made during booking. A bad start to our short trip.
The bed was comfortable but the walls were dirty too. Our room had something spilled up the wall.

Rooms are a bit tired, shower looked like silicone could do with replacing as black mould in so many places.

Sehr nah am Flughafen gelegen, auch wenn ohne Shuttleservice. Wir sind hin und zurück (Flughafen - Hotel) mit dem lokalen Bus gefahren und das hat gut geklappt. Betten waren sehr bequem, Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sauber, ruhig und leise in der Nacht.
Komfort nicht übertrieben hoch, aber für eine (halbe) Nacht sehr nah am Flughafen haben wir nicht viel Komfort erwartet. Wasserkocher tropfte von unten.
Good location.
Air con not working. Lift wasn’t moving so we went to take the stairs. Young lad asked if we needed help with our bags. He also brought up a fan, due to the air con.

Large rooms and location
Very minor complaint- Bathroom had no furniture to put our beauty cases on.

I am very dissatisfied because I had a bad night's sleep. I was given room 101, where the front door of the reception desk always opens and closes downstairs, you can hear everything in the room. Such a room should not be offered to customers at all.
