Gigi Motel falsely advertised on booking.com
Pros:

The TV worked and there was a lock on the door.

Cons:

This is not the 4.2 rated motel that was advertised on bookings.com and you should be ashamed that you were putting it out there as such. The sheets were grayish and color. Dingy towels were dirty floor was dirty. I have the lights worked when I looked under the sheet because I was genuinely afraid there might be bedbugs the mattress cover as such have blood stains all over it. These are not expensive things that they could fix. I can’t believe I paid what I paid for that. I can tell you, I will never stay there again and I probably will never use booking.com again because that was my first experience and it probably will be my last experience, trusting what you were putting out there.

Motel 6 is high class compared to this!!! Gross

Oh my where to start. For one I couldn’t get comfortable to save my life. The tv didn’t work at all. First walking into the room was a horrible odor that we had to go buy air fresheners just to breathe. The covers were gross had rips and tears sown back together. I could get under the covers at all. Slept in all my clothes and wrapped my sweater around my feet. Thank god I took a shower before we drove out from Baton Rouge couldn’t get in that it was filthy and the towels had holes huge holes it’s was like a dog chewed them up and they were also dirty. I’m not a boogie person by any means but motel 6 is high class compared to this.

It was clean and a bed. It was all we really needed.
Pros:

Close to where I was going

Cons:

It was clean but run down. They don’t appear to be keeping up on their maintenance. The air was musty/stale in the room. We placed dryer sheets in the ac vents to freshen up the air.

Told by locals hotel mostly used by drug dealers and prostitutes.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. It feels like a family run business and they are trying to make it work.

Cons:

Bed had creaky, popping springs. People were constantly coming and going all night. The area is not safe and I was unable to get much sleep checking on my car all night long. Door also does not have a latch lock or peephole, adding to security concerns.
