Pressoché tutto. Struttura bellissima, rifinita in legno chiaro. Una altana con divano per poter assaporare il tramonto. Camere molto confortevoli con bagno dotato di tutti i prodotti.
Pulizie e cambio asciugamani a richiesta, quando desiderato. Piscina molto bella e tranquilla, con zone in ombra. Colazione non abbondante, ma comunque più che sufficiente per le abitudini Italiane, integrabile a richiesta con supplemento.

Spędziliśmy kilka wspaniałych dni w Casa Baloo. Bardzo czysto, elegancko. Miła i pomocna gospodynia Lusy.
Pyszne śniadania, niedaleko do plaży, czysty basen. Świetny taras na dachu.

Muchas cosas buenas que decir.
Primero, la calidad humana de los propietarios. Nos trataron muy bien e incluso nos apapacharon con un gran detalle para mi mamá. Las instalaciones magníficas, los acabados de gran calidad y buen gusto. La terraza en la parte alta le da un gran plus. El desayuno incluido muy rico! Todo bien y con gusto volveríamos! No encontramos ruido cercano así que eso estuvo de lujo!

Wunderschöner, ruhiger Ort. Mega,freundlich, kein Wunsch bleibt unerfüllt. Es gibt sogar Schirme und Klappstühle für den Strand. Tolle Dusche! Alles toll!

Sus instalaciones y el personal muy empaticos y serviciales

Absoluter herausragender Service sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Lucie behandelte uns wie Könige. Die Anlage ist sehr geschmackvolle eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Essen war wunderbar.

Je vais commencer par l’accueil que nous avons reçu par la merveilleuse personne qui est Lucie nous avons adoré l’emplacement et au premier regard nous savions que l’endroit était parfaitement entretenu tout était nickel de l’extérieur à la chambre, de plus ils nous ont conseillé sur les lieux restaurant et autres choses au alentours,la seule chose que que nous regrettons c’est de pas avoir resté plus longtemps, Casa Baloo et le personnel resteront gravé dans notre mémoire pour très longtemps,nous avons passé un séjour mémorables !!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Baloo, the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Mexico so far. From the warm welcome by Lucy, it was clear that everything here is done with great care and attention to detail. The whole property is impeccably maintained, from the beautiful pool area to the rooms, and there’s even a rooftop with views over the lagoon.

We stayed in the spacious family room. It was nicely decorated and had a well-equipped small kitchen (induction plates!), which was ideal for us. We could prepare snacks for the beach for our daughter, there was even Tupperware. Breakfast was served in a lovely garden area under palm trees and included fresh juice or coffee, fruit with granola, and every day a different selection of sweet and savory pastries. You can also order more from the menu. We tried the omelet and pancakes, both delicious.

Before booking, I was a bit unsure about the location, since the hotel seemed to be at the edge of town. But actually, it turned out to be perfect: about a 4-minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the town center with supermarkets and coffee shops, and close to the kite-surfing area and several beachside restaurants to the east. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby.

We loved El Cuyo. It’s a relaxed, lovely, and very safe beach town with an amazing beach, perfect for kite-surfing lovers, families, and travelers who enjoy nature, a serene atmosphere, and laid-back beach vibes. There are no clubs, loud bars, or beach clubs. Lucy provided beach towels, chairs, and a parasol, although it was too windy for us to use it. The sea got in the afternoon a bit rough, I was glad we brought a children’s swim vest.

We stayed five nights, but it felt too short. In hindsight, we would have skipped Río Lagartos and stayed longer in El Cuyo. We actually saw more flamingos here than on the tour there (in December, but in the breeding season this could be different).

Bij Casa Baloo kom je thuis. De liefde waarmee het hotel wordt gerund is authentiek. Je goed voelen staat centraal. Lucy Irene en Umberto zijn super lieve hosts. Het hotel is kraaknet.

We stayed 8 nights at Casa Baloo and it was the best choice ever! Lucy, the host, is the kindest, most helpful host you could wish for. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted.
The rooms are clean and comfy. The pool is lovely. The food in the restaurant is delicious and offered authentic Mexican cuisine as well as other treats. My favourite thing was the roof terrace - views over the lagoon, the jungle and the chance to watch the sunrise and sunset !!
If you’re going to Mexico, Casa Baloo is an excellent choice of where to stay. 100% recommended 😍
