Good staff but hotel needs maintenance

The staff very intelligent and helping us with everything

Cons:

The hotel staff were very helpful and supportive. However, the hotel needs maintenance. There was water leakage during bad weather, the hot water takes time to heat up, and the water is salty

No hot water for 3 days until I complained apparently they switch hot water off at night so in mornimg it’s freezing col

Cons:

disaster wifi like everywhere in Lebanon, no one cleaned our room in 4 days.. I think they deal differently with cleaning hotels as they only come if we ask explicitly. House keeping doesnt pass by and knock to ask

Everything was perfect the room was very very clean and good looking and the bathroom was the best ...the view from the window is the best ... the AC was perfect ...wifi perfect ...24h electricity.. the location perfect.. the room service perfect and friendly.. the staff was very very kind and friendly ..room has a microwave and small kitchen....the hotel is better in reality than photos..❤️
