Pros:

Хотела е много чист, топъл, уютен, много усмихнат и вежлив персонал! Ресторанта също е с много приятна, модерна обстановка, приветливи служители, храната беше на много високо ниво. Генерално, престоят ни беше много приятен!

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect - on the edge of the Etar ethnographic museum, on the banks of a small mountain river that you can hear at night, a very soothing sound.
The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel interior is modern, with a minimalist design but with everything you need in the room. If you need anything extra (I needed a hairdryer), ask the reception, they will probably be able to provide it.
Towels are really good quality. The bathroom is very small and you need be a bit careful when you take a shower but it can be done and the ventilation system is good so the floor gets dry quickly.
Breakfast was basic but sufficient.
The restaurant on the lower ground floor is excellent - we had dinner there and loved it. You even get a discount as a hotel guest.
All in all a very good experience in a beautiful location.

Our stay was short and pleasent.
Pros:

The room was ok, comfortable with the view at the old village museum.

Cons:

Because of the eavening wedding event, dinner was not available at the restaurant, only on room service request.
Bathroom shower did not have a courtain and we got the bathroom floor wet.

It was a true city break for us.
Pros:

Staff was really helpful and nice, the location is great - you practically go downstairs and reach the Ethno Village. The food at the restaurant was great. All in all, a really nice trip!
